Chapter 4 Singing

I awake to the sound of Emmy and Kimberly's giggles and my brother's loud footsteps. I guess it's time to get up, GREAT! (note the sarcasm) I throw my covers off and start getting ready for my day. I go down stairs to find my brother making breakfast?! What, since when did he cook!!!!! I feel someone tap my shoulder, I know it's Kimberly. I get my notebook, "morning Kim," "morning babygirl," "how did you sleep," "ok, you," "well I got up to find Emmy in the kitchen and took her up to my room to let her sleep," "i know I heard you," "what!?!?!" "i heard you singing when I got up to go to the bathroom," "please don't tell Zach!," "i won't but start trying to talk please?" "ok I'll try, thanks for not telling." "no problem." Just then Zach busted in or conversation, "time to eat." "Ok," Kim and I said at the same time causing us to bust out laughing. Zach looked at us strangely shook his head and said, "Well at least we know you can laugh, that's a step up. Right?" "I guess so."
I hop out of my brothers car. Another fantastic day of school. The bell finally rings and I couldn't be more grateful. I get my bag together and walk out of the classroom and run to Kat or at least I thought I was going to run to Kat. I turn the corner and run straight into, you guessed it, Ryker and his friends! I look up and shyly wave. I try to weave through them but Ryker grabs me saying," You must really want my attention. I mean this is the second time, you have crashed into me." "What, no!" "Awww, come on don't be shy. I mean you obviously want my full undivided attention. Wouldn't you say so boys?" All you hear is a round "yeah" and "seems like it." I shake my head no and that's when I notice I have a straight shot out if I get him to let go. Ugh here goes nothing " Actually, I lied. I do want your attention." "Who doesn't?" slowly he loosens his grip and grabs my face. He goes to kiss me and I make a break for it.
It's the end of the day, finally! I had to spend the rest of my day avoiding Ryker and his gang. See, after I ran apparently Ryker got mad and decided to send his boys after me. Ugh, so after one exhausting day, I finally get to go home!
