Kira pushed her sister away and backed up. "Why are you here? Why would they bring you here? Don't you know it's dangerous? And to have you know what's really going on? It could ruin your perfect life!"

Lana smiled and pulled Kira into a hug once again. "You sound just like my big sister once again!"

"I hate to break it to you, but I'm far from your big sister," Kira said, but didn't push away from the embrace. "If you're here than you understand what is going on. Look at me. I'm obviously not the same."

"But you remember," Lana said. "You remember that you love me, right? You remember how much you protected me."

"Stop," Kira said, gently pulling away. "You'll only make it harder on yourself. Coming here was a mistake. What did you guys expect, I would suddenly learn to love again? Well, sorry, but that isn't the way it works. It was a waste of time to come here. You should have stayed at home with your perfect life and your new Kira."

"Don't say that like I've replaced you," Lana said, shaking her head.

"Whatever," Kira shrugged. "I don't care. I don't care about anything anymore."

"You don't care about me?" Lana asked. "You wouldn't care if I died? Because if that was the case, then you would have let me die back in that horrible place. But you remember how much you cared. How much you would still care if you didn't take off that damn necklace, because a bunch of demons told you to."

"I wasn't told to do anything!" Kira shouted. "Don't you get it? That's why I like it there! I'm not told I have to do anything! I'm not told that I shouldn't even be on this earth because I already died! I'm not just a object to them like I was the majority of my stupid life!" Kira yelled, pausing as she felt her cheeks suddenly become wet. She lifted a hand to touch the tears that shouldn't have been falling.

Lana smiled sadly. "I guess living with years of emotion doesn't go away that easily," Lana said softly, walking up to her sister. She unclipped her necklace and held it up in front of Kira.

"May I?" Lana asked, smiling.

Kira felt more tears brim her eyes as she nodded.

Lana fastened the necklace around Kira's neck, causing her to instantly fall onto the ground screaming in pain.

"Kira?" Lana yelled, horrified.

"Shit, this is not going as planned," Matt said, biting his nail. "This was touching and all, but we really should get going," Matt said with a smile, hauling Kira up in his arms. She was in too much pain to do anything.

"Let her go!" Lana shouted, making a move to hit Matt. Matt glaring with his red eyes made her freeze.

"Smart girl," Matt smirked, throwing Kira into the car as Talon screeched to a stop.

Colby and Jacob both fired their guns, but missed in fear of hitting Kira.

"Maybe some other time!" Matt yelled out the window as the car sped away.

"God damn it!" Jacob shouted, kicking a rock in frustration. "Can we catch one stupid break?"

"But we did," Aaron smiled.

"What are you talking about?" Jacob asked. "They still have Kira!"

"But think about it," Aaron smiled. "It's not on her own freewill anymore. They screwed up."

"This is troublesome," Lucifer said, pacing. "I was not planning on any of that happening."
