[Nothing is impossible, the word itself says I'm possible!]
-Audrey Hepburn

Arriving at the cinema, Fallon felt her jaw drop at the eye-catching entrance that screamed 'LOOK AT ME!'. Bright flashing lights lined the canopy section which was made of a deep crimson colour that looked as soft as velvet.

A shimmering, golden fringe hung down from it, close enough for Fallon to run her fingers through as she admired the statues on either side of the doors. Both were intricately carved and smoothed down to perfection in representations of people looking at each other with exaggerated postures of greeting.

One was a woman with her hand raised at her side, as if holding a handbag, as a pouted smile graced her lips. The other was a man bowing to her with a wig that was carved so finely that every curl on it was visible.

"Are we done gawking now, Autumn?" Calbee giggled from behind her as Fallon pulled the brakes on her train of thought and nodded elatedly.

If this was the entrance, she couldn't imagine how regal the actual movie theatre would be!

Quickly scanning the list of movies that were currently screening, Asher beckoned over the other two, pointing at the board, "What do you want to watch, Fallon?"

"I'm not really up to date with what's interesting," she answered honestly, laughing humourlessly, "So just pick whatever sounds good."

Putting her hands in her warm hoodie's pocket, she waited patiently as Calbee and Asher bickered over which movie was better. The breeze felt like ice but the air around her felt humid as she brushed hair out of her face irritably.

Taking the opportunity to look around more, something - or rather, someone - caught Fallon's eye in her peripheral vision. Immediately turning to get a better look, she realised it was Sky leading a beautiful (but very inappropriately dressed) woman into the theatre. As if feeling her gaze, Sky captured Fallon with his eyes as he winked and carried on, not troubling her. Nevertheless, her blood ran cold as she recalled what he had done to her before. The feel of his grimy hands against her body made bile rise in her throat but she pushed it down as she felt a much more comforting hand on the small of her back.

Asher smiled at her as she looked up but it was quickly wiped off his handsome features, "What's wrong?"

"N-nothing, have you guys picked a movie yet?" Fallon diverted the attention away from her as Asher ignored her blatant attempt, "Yup - Hotel Transylvania 2."

Calbee popped up behind him and nodded before starting to walk into the theatre, "It starts in ten minutes," she stated, " so let's grab tickets and snacks now before the lines get too long!"

Five minutes later, Fallon held her movie ticket in her hand excitedly as Asher asked her what she wanted to eat.

"Uhm," she stuttered overwhelmed with choices, "Popcorn?"

"Don't be boring," he teased, nudging her as he ordered a medium pack of sweets and chocolate as well as a large popcorn.

"I'll pay," Calbee said, "I feel useless," she threw the money at the person behind the counter and grabbed the popcorn, leaving Fallon and Asher with the sweets.

Following Calbee down the steps to theatre four (as it said on their tickets), Fallon gazed down at the sweets in her grasp in interest. She spotted gummy worms and some of the sweets from the Candyland ice cream she had eaten a couple days ago. She could feel herself salivating at the thought of that ice cream again. She had felt a little sick at all the sugar she had digested, but it had certainly been worth it.
