I’m sitting on my desk in the office. All mess around me. Examining my results of the experiments I have been performing since past few months.
"There is some mistake, Mr. Samson. We are going wrong somewhere. I need to again go through these results and get back to you."
"Okay".
It is 7pm in my watch. I collected all my stuff, went home. On my way home I met Leslie. I had quick shower and Leslie cooked dinner. He made noodles tonight. We had dinner together, asked about work - how is it going. After dinner he went back to his room as he had some important office work to do.
I remembered I had to clean my cupboard. I opened my cupboard and all the things fell down. Too much mess!!! I had cleared my 2 shelves in an hour. Pretty good! I'm fast! Now I had to arrange all my photo albums and certificates. I saw each and every album before I arranged it back into the cupboard. As I was clearing, I got an album which had all the pictures of me and my besties. I had a BIG smile on my face! In all these years I had totally forgotten about them. I kept the album aside and arranged the remaining albums back into the shelf.
I took the album and sat on the couch in the living room. I glanced through each and every photograph in the album and remembered the events. My eyes welled up. I had missed them so much! I came across a photograph in which all of us - me, Niharika, Unnati, Kajal and Sonali - have a paper in our hands. I looked closer and I realized its some kind of an agreement. We have signed it. Soon I remembered THE PACT. The paper which we were holding is the pact which we had signed when we were in high school! I kept the album aside and searched cupboard. I couldn't remember where I had kept my copy of the pact. I searched though my files of certificates. It was there. It was neatly kept in a plastic sheet. I was excited. I started reading the pact.....

I kept reading the pact again and again and kept laughing thinking that we were so crazy and mad when we signed the pact! I missed them.
I decided to contact my besties and go for the trip. It was the right time to meet again and have fun!
