CRAZIEST STORY - Chapter 8 - part 1

We arrived the Miami airport by 12 in the morning. We had to get to the hotel where we had booked our rooms. It didn't take long to find the hotel. It was just few blocks away from the airport. I had my own separate room this time too. I went to my room, changed into my sweat pants and laid on the bed. I tried to sleep but couldn't. I was very excited. I am here in MIAMI - the city where my dream man stays! I have already started imaging the scene when I meet Enrique!

The next day I woke up to the knock on the door. It is Unnati and Niharika.

"Hola!" I said as I yawned.

"Good morning!”

"What time is it now?”

"9:30 am. I'm amazed that you slept so much!"

"Yeah. I couldn't sleep last night coz of excitement."

"Excitement for what?"

"We are finally in Miami na."

"Oh! Okay. Anyways, freshen up we'll have breakfast together."

"Yeah. I'll come. You people carry on."

"Okay. Don't take long." And they left.

While having breakfast we decided to spend the rest of the day on the beach. We all wanted to relax now. We went to the South beach. It isn't much crowded. The air was warm and sun is shining bright with all its glory and people are sunbathing, playing beach volley ball, surfing, playing in water etc etc. Everyone around were in their swim suits and only we are covered with clothes. Unnati said, "Embarrassing!  Only we are in clothes!!! “We all laughed at her comment.  We changed into our swim suits and went into the sea. The water is cool. I like it. Warm air and cool waters. After playing some time in water, Sonali and I came out for some sunbath.

"So what do you think about Sam?" Sonali asked me.

"Well, he is nice. He really likes you."

"Okay. So should I move into relationship with him?"

I turned to face her and said, "Sonali, it’s your wish. If you really like him and you can see your future with him then you should. I won't interfere in your decision. Rather none of us will."

There was silence for few seconds; minutes may be, between us. All I could hear was the noise of the waves and the hoots of people playing around us.

"I guess I like him too. I can't forget the time we had spent." I smiled without looking at her. We enjoyed the sun for a couple of hours. Niharika, Unnati and Kajal came back to us.

Unnati said, "Look at these hotties lying here! Get up now. It’s our chance to enjoy the sun now." I got up from my seat and asked Sonali whether she wants to come for a walk. We wore our t-shirts and went for a walk.

"So you sure about it?"

"About what?"

"Sam."

"Oh! I guess so. I haven't got anyone special until now and now that I have met one why to lose him?"

"Okay. So when are you gonna talk to him?"

"I don't know."

We walked for sometime and then went back to the girls. It was late afternoon now. So we decided to have lunch at the beach shack. While having lunch we heard that we could rent boats for a day. So we thought of renting one for Friday. After lunch we strolled along the shore again and then visited a few shops at the shore.

We came back to the hotel by 5. We ordered coffee for ourselves and listened to the music playing on M TV. We talked about our school days.

Sonali said, "Hey, our Friday ka plan is decided but what about tomorrow?"
