Two Worlds Collide

Chapter Sixteen

I woke up to the sound of clattering and banging. I sat up on my elbows and rubbed my eyes. What time is it? I pulled out my phone and looked at the clock on the screen. It read 8:30. Well, better get up. I peeked my head out of the bunk and looked around. Zach's, Michael's, Brent's and Dillon's bunk curtains were still closed, so that meant all the noise was coming from Cameron. Of course. 

I walked sleepily out to the front area of the bus and looked around. Cameron had his head in the fridge and millions of cabinets and drawers open. "Someone's hungry..." I said quietly. Cameron jumped fifty feet in the air, whacking his head on the top shelf of the fridge. 

"Ow!" Cameron turned around while rubbing his head. "Oh. It's just you. Good morn-whoa." his eyes widened. 

"What...?" I asked 

He nodded towards my shirt and turned a bit pink. I looked down. Oh...Mmm. Yeah. That's not embarrassing at all. I tugged at the bottom of the shirt. "Zach gave it to me to sleep in....." 

Cameron raised his eyebrows then rolled his eyes. "Of course he did. Did he also tell you that that's mine?" 

My eyes widened. "It is? Of course! THAT's why it's so big..." He chuckled. "Yeah, but it's okay. I wouldn't want you sleeping uncomfortably. Considering I'm the reason why you're here, the least I could do is let you borrow a shirt." 

I smiled and blushed a little. "Right. Well, thank you. I'm just gonna go get dressed before I embarrass myself further...." I backed up, turned around and walked back to the bunk to get my clothes. 

After I changed, I walked to the front and was met with complete chaos. Mikey was laughing hysterically, Cameron was blushing so hard he looked like a tomato, Zach was smacking Mikey, Dillon was yelling at Brent to stop messing around with his laptop; like I said, chaos. 

I sat down next to Cameron, since the opposite couch looked dangerous from this standpoint. 

"What's going on?" I whispered to Cameron.
