Halfway through the concert, Sasuke and Sakura cheered as they spotted Naruto on stage. Itachi had even joined in and had stolen the drum set, obviously surprising his friends in the crowd and leaving the fans to wonder if he was a new band member or something.

Kisame had led Sakura and Sasuke to a safe location as the mosh pit began forming in the center of the room. After trying to convince Sasuke to join him, Kisame gave up and jumped in, looking like he was having the time of his life. Naruto laughed at this, of course. It was funny seeing Kisame act so violent yet look like a child on christmas morning at the same time.

"You're not going to tell me that wasn't awesome, I know it was." Kisame shook off the excitement as they walked back to the car.

"It was awesome, but could you worry more about your eye?" Sakura laughed, busy sending a recording of the chaos to Sasuke's phone while pointing out the bruise under Kisame's left eye. Kisame shrugged it off, crossing his arms and almost looking proud of it.

"You know what? This calls for pizza and beer, on me, of course." Itachi swiftly turned around to face them and bowed. Clapping and cheering emitted behind him and turning around once again, he was astonished when Konan and the group clapped once more. "Wait, no. I didn't mean you guys." He complained, though the band members laughed and thanked him anyways.

Konan, laughed, walking over towards Itachi and giving him a side hug. "It's on us." She emphasized. and while the band hurried to push themselves inside their van, Sasuke hurried Naruto to Kisame's car.

Throughout the ride, Kisame and Sakura sang along to the annoying pop music booming out from the speakers as Itachi drove this time, singing along and laughing as Sasuke sat uncomfortably between the pink haired girl and Kisame.

Naruto sat in the passenger seat, pretending to laugh along as a worry in the back of his mind alerted him of something. It kept telling him something was wrong, but for the life of him, he couldn't quite figure out what it was. After a while, he decided to ignore such alarms and keep his mind off of it. 'It's probably nothing, I'm probably just being paranoid.' He thought to himself.

"There's only one thing you can do, Naruto."

Suddenly his head hurt as a distorted voice finally erupted from what he couldn't grasp earlier. It repeated over and over, his head hurting twice as much and feeling dizzy as it became louder, the radio's music sounding much softer compared. It repeated, over and over until Naruto couldn't handle the ache and brought his hands over towards his head, Itachi curiously looking over at him to check if he was alright.

"Live in fear."

Naruto started breathing heavier. Itachi, worried, couldn't do much but extend his arm over and pat him on the back. "You okay?" He shouted over the music. Receiving no answer, he lowered the music, ignoring Kisame and Sakura's complaining as he asked once again what was wrong. Sasuke, at the sound of the question, leaned forwards and inquired the same.

The loud distortion died down for a second, Naruto slowly looking up and taking his hands off his head. He realized he was sweating a lot, his heart pulsing at an erratic beat. It was not over, not yet, he felt the growling voice come back again. "I'm fine, it's okay." He assured them. Itachi eyed him with a worried glint in his eyes, and Sasuke wouldn't drop it.

"Are you sure?" He asked.

"Sasuke sit your ass down, he said he's fine." Itachi said as he raised the volume of the radio once again. For a while, the ride remained without any more interruptions, unless you count the complaints emanating from Sasuke as Sakura, Itachi, and Kisame started serenading him with the latest hit pop song playing on the radio. That is...

"I will come back for you."

"Stop the car!" Naruto all of a sudden shouted, a feeling running up his stomach and into his esophagus. Itachi swerved a little at the sudden outburst, loosing the grip on the wheel for a moment and panicking as his foot abruptly stepped on the gas.

"Jesus fucking- what the fuck?!" Itachi shouted, once regaining control and pulling over to the side of the road. While the three in the back simply looked shocked, Naruto hurried to have himself free of the seatbelt and hurried to get outside. Once doing so, he bent over to vomit.

"Oh, shit." Sasuke panicked, unable to move from his position until Sakura opened the door and got out. The two hurried towards the blond, Sakura patting his back as the boy shivered from the pain in his throat.

"Babe, are you okay?" Sasuke asked.

"How much did he drink?" Sakura looked his way while patting Naruto on the back.

"Barely anything, he only had one drink." Sasuke answered as he helped Naruto stand upright. "Babe, breathe."

Kisame got out, throwing his phone over to Itachi. "Call Konan and let her know we'll be a bit late." As Itachi nodded and unlocked Kisame's phone, Kisame walked towards the trunk. "Maybe we should head back?" He suggested, opening the trunk and grabbing a water bottle from the pack he kept there. "Here you go." He said, handing it over to Naruto.

Taking it, Naruto gargled some water in his mouth before spitting it out. "No, it's fine. I just felt sick all of a sudden."

"Want me to drive you home? Konan says it's alright, we don't have to go if you're not feeling too good." Itachi carefully walked over to him as he threw the phone back towards Kisame.

"It's fine, just stop at some gas station. I'll grab a few pills and I'll be fine."

Shrugging, Itachi sighed and agreed. Once back in the car, Sasuke sat next to Naruto in the backseat while Kisame sat up front. Sakura sat by the window next to Sasuke. Naruto's head reclined on Sasuke's shoulder while Sasuke ran a hand through the blond's strands. Stopping by the gas station, Kisame got out and bought a small packet of pain relievers before continuing to the pizza buffet.

"Just tell me if you want to go home, okay?" Itachi ruffled Naruto's hair before running up next to Sakura, once again bothering her as she used her front camera as a mirror.

Laughing, Sasuke held Naruto's hand, noticing a small flinch as he did so. "Babe, you okay?"

"Yeah, don't worry." Naruto nodded. The boy then proceeded to complain as Sasuke kissed him on the mouth, shouting about how gross that was.

"I love you." Sasuke finally said after Naruto had kissed him back. He hugged an arm around him as they walked in.

"I love you, too." Naruto smiled.
