Chapter Fifteen
It’s Friday now and Jerome was going to get Carla for me. I’m bare happy and grateful he’s doing this for me. I’m in the care home right now with Vanessa bussing joke and playing with the little ones in the care also. When Jerome comes home Carla will be in the car. I really can’t wait. An hour went by then two then three. What’s taking him so long! Then ten minutes later I heard the door bell rang. I got up so fast and said bye and walked at the door. I close it behind me but I felt like to be dramatic and turn around slow to see Carla in the car. When I finally saw her in the car I didn’t want to make it bait that our plan worked but I felt like to scream to the whole world that the plan worked. I ran and jumped in the car.
“Carla!” I said loudly.
“Melissa!” she replied and then we hugged. I was bare happy.
“Cough cough” Jerome said.
“Awwh! Sorry baby” I said kissing him on the cheek.
“Thank you” I said to him.
“Anything for you. Come on guys seat belts” he said.
“Later!” I said.
“Nah am joking but seriously you know the deal with the seat belts yeah” he said.
“Yeah yeah. He always gets like this” I said to Carla.
“Alright lol. Let me just drive” he said and that’s what he did. So where in Jerome’s yard now Me, Carla and Jerome. Jerome said he’s going to take a nap so it’s just me and my adorable sister. If felt so nice to have her back in my life. Now we can have that bond when we was little.
“So I was thinking about if we can find out little brother Danny” I suggested.
“Why? Aint you happy with me?” she asked.
“Of course I am. But I want to know our little brother as well. Don’t you want to know him as well?” I asked her back.
“I do know him” Carla said. I was really surprised.
“How?”
“Because I see him walking streets with these older boys. Some your age and older where my care home was” she said.
“Well It saves me the searching. Do you think he will be there today?”
“Yeah. They’re always there” she said.
“Come lets wake Jerome up and then lets go” I said excitingly.
“Are you sure this is a good idea?” Carla asked.
“I want to know my brother, I don’t know about you but Mum and Dad would want us reunited and together” I said.
“Okay. But what if people from my care home see us?” she asked.
“Well Jerome’s going to be with us and he’s the one who got you out of the care home right? So he got me out of my care home to. What can they say?”
“Oh true. Okay lets go then”
“Wait… Let me wake Jerome alone” I suggested.
“Hmm… why” she asked cheekily.
“No Carla. I don’t do them things you do” I said.
“What things”
“I saw you at the cinema. What you was doing to that boy”. Carla looked away.
“Why do you do them things Carla?”
“That girl that you screwed in the care home said that’s what boys like. She said that if you do that to a boy then he wont would love you and I really liked that boy as well”
“Can I asked. Are you a virgin?” I interrupted.
“No” she replied.
“I am” I said.
“Seriously” she giggled.
“I’m proud of it. Carla that girl was a tramp. Do you know what a sket is?” she said.
“Yeah”
“Well that’s what she it and she’s trying to make you like her”
“Oh” she said sadly.
“I don’t blame you in your actions. She was a bad role model. Listen to me and you would be better than you was. Don’t do all of what you was doing. You can have a boy friend. No problem but no sex, no head, kissing is alright. And make sure your careful cause boys can try it. Jerome will tell you more about the boy talk when am in the care home”
“Alright”
“Okay be right back. Going to wake him up”. She nodded and then I got up. I walked into Jerome’s room to find him fast asleep in his bed. I climbed next to him and ran my fingers through is scalp.
“Jerome” I said sounding cute. He turned to the other side and ignored me.
“Jerome” I said sounding cute again.
“Mmm” he mumbled.
“Can you take me and Carla out please”
“Babes can’t you see I’m trying to sleep” he said.
“Do it for me… please” I pleaded.
“Alright five more minutes” he said. I kissed his cheek and go up from the bed and went back into the living room. Me and Carla watched a bit of Tv and in about 5 minutes Jerome came into the living room.
“Where do you lot want to go?” he asked.
“Back down to where Carla’s care home was” I replied.
“Why?” he asked in confusion.
“Because Carla says our little brother hangs around there”
“So you want to know you brother as well?”
“Yes… of course I do”
“Alright then. Lets just go now” he said. So I turned off the Tv and then got into Jerome’s whipp and went to find Danny.
