It was the day of the wedding and Juliet was sitting outside the registrar in a knee length white dress. 

Liam came in with a scrawl on his pretty face. Juliet got up and tried to talk to him but he only pushed her away.

“Liam let me-“

“No. Don’t ever call me Liam ever again. Ever. Understood? From now on I am Mr Clarkson to you. So if you ever need to address me, call me Mr Clarkson. Not that I want you to talk to me in the first place.”Without saying anything else he barged into the office.

She stood there at the front, staring at the paper before me. The door opened several times but she couldn’t bring herself to look.

“Miss Smith?” Juliet's head snapped to the man in the suit, holding sympathy in his eyes. He held out a pen to her, waiting for her to take it. “Are you gonna sign?”

“Uhh...yeah, sorry.” Juliet took the pen off his hands and followed his finger as to where she should sign. She took a deep breath in and signed the paper. Juliet was now Mrs Clarkson, the daughter in law of Mr and Mrs Clarkson and the wife of William Clarkson.

“Congratulations, you are now-“

“Cut that shit out.” Liam hissed and stormed out the door.

For the first time Juliet looked around and saw Anna, Dwayne, Mum, and a very familiar face.

“David?” she asked a bit shocked. She hadn't seen him for ages. She then saw his arms wrapped a girl who didn’t look that much younger than me, probably a year or two younger than David. He grinned at her before wrapping his arms around her. 

“It’s all me. Oh god I missed you so much. Still smell of gummy bears I see.” Juliet chuckled at his comment and then realised that he was Liam’s best friend.

“I’m sorry.”

“Hey don’t be silly. I know what you are thinking, just because Will is being such an ignorant dick, doesn’t mean I’m going to.”

He grinned at her once again and wrapped his arms around the girl again.

“Britney, meet Juliet, the sister I never had. Well actually I do have a sister....but what I’m trying to say that she is my sister. No wait she isn’t my sister, but she is my sister, well not blood related sister but she is like a sister. So umm yeah- a sister but not a sister, but then again she is a sister to me. Well she is like one and I am just repeating everything again and again."

“Oh my god, you still do that?” Juliet asked in between laughs.

“Yeah he sure does” Britney laughed.

David’s cheeks turned a deep red as he looked at the two girls.

“It’s really not that funny” he muttered. He looked at them who were still laughing. “Shut up” he snapped.

“Okay okay. I’m done.”

“Juliet meet my girlfriend of two years.”

For the first time Juliet looked at her properly. Chocolate hair with black highlight, natural she was guessing, reaching to her shoulders. A slim waist, but not to slim. And piercing blue eyes that look as though they are looking into your souls, but yet give off a calm vibe.
