Alice rushed out the airport with Charlie shortly behind her. "Babe, calm down," Charlie insisted.
"Charlie, she knows. She knows you are her dad!" Charlie pulled Alice to a stop and stared into her worried eyes.
"I know. Just calm down. She is most likely freaked out right now. She already hates me as it is. Just calm down."
"I don't know what to do."
"We'll figure it out. Let's just wait for Anna and Dwayne to come out now. You didn't even get your luggage."
"We got it. Only took like two minutes since ours were first," Dwayne said as he pushed the trolley with their luggage. "Come on, lets go."
William walked over to where Juliet was sitting. "Just go. You knew all this time and you didn't think to tell me?"
"Juliet, please, listen to me."
"Just go."
"You've been like that for the last eight hours."
"I SAID GO!" Juliet got up from the single sofa and marched upstairs to her room. William sighed and sat down on the sofa. Alice barged through the door as soon as she turned the key.
"Juliet! Juliet, honey, please let me explain." Juliet came down the stairs with tears running down her face.
"I...I'm sorry Charlie. I just...If I knew..."
"It's fine," he smiled at her. Juliet ran into his arms and he held her tight.
"I'm so sorry," she cried. William quietly put on his jacket and walked out the door. Juliet was happy now, and that's all he wanted for her. He put his earphones in and turned up his volume. He lightly hummed to the song as he walked to his house. He stared up at the sky and smiled when he saw the full moon. He remembered the day Juliet told him she loved him while they stared up at the stars. He walked into his house and went straight to his room. After changing his clothes, he jumped into bed. He looked at his phone and saw he had a missed call from Juliet. He called her back but she didn't answer. He heard the front door open and heard heavy footsteps run up the stairs. The door to his room swung open and he felt an elbow jab his side.
"God, you didn't have to jump. You poked my side."
"I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to shout at you." William sighed and pulled the blanket from beneath her and then covered her.
"I just didn't think it was my place to tell you." He softly kissed her and then wrapped his arms around her. "Did you call your dad?"
"He...I called him after I shouted at you. He said that I'm not his responsibility anymore."
"Juliet, I don't know why you thought Charlie broke up your family. Your dad- well Ralph- never spent any time with you. You are just lucky Henry is your twin."
"I guess," she yawned. "Today has been such a long day."
"I know. Just go to sleep."
"I love you, Liam."
"I know. I love you."
Anna quietly walked past her son's bedroom and leaned against the doorway. "Will?" she whispered. He opened his eyes and turned his head to face his mother.
"Yeah?"
"You two okay?"
"Yeah."
"Her dad is an ass."
"I know. I'm not saying what he did was right, but he forced into it. He had to raise a child that wasn't his. His whole life was kinda ruined. And then Alice," he stopped and sighed. He had no words. Everything was messed up. "I know Ralph loves Juliet, he just didn't show it. And now that she knows that Charlie is her dad, I think he is just thinking that Juliet won't talk to him anymore."
