Dan's pov

We walked to school, both munching on poptarts. I looked at Phil, he was grinning like a fool. I snickered to myself, and wondered what was going on in that brain of his.

We walked into the commons area. I looked about, everything was like yesterday, everyone separated into groups, barely talking to people outside there circle.

"Oi, Lester got a boyfriend, faggot?" A voice called behind us. Phil's eyes grew with fear. I turned around to see the boy that was bullying him yesterday and a few of his henchmen.

"No..." he squeaked. "I don't believe you, I mean how am I?" Anger bubbled up inside. "Leave him be." I mumbled. "What did you just say to me?"

A sense of courage washed over me. I felt brave.

"I said leave him be!" I almost shouted. His little friends shared an "ooooh". "Aye faggot put a leash on your boy toy!" One of the henchmen said.

"I recommend standing aside." The bully said pushing me away from Phil. "We got to give Lester his daily beating." Phi whimpered. The bully punched Phil right in the nose.

Not thinking, I jump in front of Phil and punch the bully. He was surprised and he stumbled back. But his eyes filled with anger again and he tackled me.

I heard Phil yell "Help!" As we beat the shit out of each other. There wasn't a 'winner' because a teacher pulled us apart. "Both of you, suspended."

Fuck. I thought Who gets suspended on there second day of school.

Apparently me.

Phil's pov

Dan and Mark was taken away, and me and his friends stood in shock. No one has taken down Mark before, or even tried. Mrs. Jenkins said they where suspended so ill have to visit him after school.

I chuckled. Leave it to Dan to get suspended on his second day of school.

A/N

I know it's short again don't kill me. I was watching over the garden wall and suddenly remembered to update. Comment what you dressed up as for Halloween or if you didn't what's your favorite Tim Burton movie.
