"We can bring her forward in time. Without her here to change anything, history will take a different path and everything will right itself, right?" I asked as I flicked the power switch to one of the many monitors around the console.

"Yes but we would not be able to leave her there. Besides, if everything turns out to be worse than right now with someone else in power, we will have done absolutely no good," The Doctor replied as he moved from one monitor to the next. It seemed as if my monitor was just running scans of the planet.

"We could just leave things the way that they are. We could just leave like she had ordered us to," I replied. The sick look that crossed his face was answer enough. "Then I do not know what we should do. I am out of my element here."

There was a long pause. The silence was deafening. He didn't move. He just stared at a monitor. I moved to where he was to see what he was looking at. The Black Widow was standing at the window, a sadistic smile playing on her lips. One of her men, the one that brought us to where she was, was standing behind her, off to the side. I didn't want to know how The Doctor was getting this. Frankly, I didn't want to know. I just wanted this nightmare to be over. I didn't want to go home and leave my adventure but I did not want to wait here like sitting ducks as we tried to figure out what to do to help the people on her planet.

"What if we enlisted help from her people?" I asked. "Maybe, if we have enough of them on our side, she'll..."

"You saw what happened before when her people rallied against her. This is who she became. No, that won't work," he said. And then, a knock was heard on the door of the T.A.R.D.I.S. "Now, who could that be?"

"Doctor, you better let me in now or so help me God!" a woman yelled. I turned my attention to The Doctor as he turned to stare at the door. The look on his face was one of horrified shock. Something horrible was about to happen. I felt my stomach drop as more and more dread filled me. The knocking continued as he rushed to the door. Quickly, he unlocked it and opened the door, the girl rushed in. "You fool! I told you that if you ever came here again, you better come see me first! Next thing I know, I'm being told that you had gone to see my brat of a sister! You must now face my wrath!" The girl wrapped her arms tightly around The Doctor. He picked her up and spun her around before placing her back on the ground.

"Elizabeth Marjello! You have no idea how happy I am to see you!" he yelled as he picked her up and spun her around again. Placing her on her feet one more time, he pulled her close and kissed her forehead.

I stared at the girl, watching her every move before they remembered that I was in the T.A.R.D.I.S. with them. She was just as beautiful as The Black Widow but she looked nothing like the tyrant. Her hair was so black that it looked blue. Then again, maybe it was actually blue. Instead of being long, it was cropped at her chin. Her eyes were the brightest green. She wasn't tall. She wasn't short. She was probably between five-feet-two-inches and five-feet-four-inches. She dressed simply in a long, green skirt and a white tank top with pale green flats to pull her entire ensamble together. She was just as stunning as her sister. I wanted to hate her strictly on looks alone but the spirit that poured out from her made me want nothing more than for this girl to like me. I felt like I was in high school again.

"My apologies," she said, facing me now. With just a couple of quick strides, she was standing in front of me, holding her hand out. "I am Elizabeth Marjello. You have already met my cow of a sister."

"Charlotte Evermore," The Doctor began as I took the girl's outstretched hand, "we have found our secret weapon to bringing down The Black Widow."

"My Lady, the blue box is still there. Shall I fire some warning shots to remind them that they are to leave?"

"Collin, you will leave that box be. It's not like you will do any damage to it anyway," she replied as she turned to look at her humble guard.

"Then what shall I do?"

"We are going to have a lot of fun. You didn't expect them to leave because I ordered them to did you? You really have never dealt with The Doctor first hand have you?" She turned to look back out the window. She knew that The Doctor and his latest companion were planning something. She had traveled with The Doctor before to know that after learning that the life of those on her planet had changed, he had to try to fix it or die trying. "Collin, we are going to do what many species have failed to do over the years. We are going to kill The Doctor!"

"But I still don't understand the plan!" I said as I watched Elizabeth dive into the pool. She had said that it had been so long since she had been in the T.A.R.D.I.S. and that she didn't care how much planning that we had to do in order to take her sister down, she wanted to go swimming. The Doctor really had no choice in the matter since as soon as the words had escaped her mouth, she was dragging me behind her to an area of this mystical blue box that I had never seen before. I loved the way that she bossed The Doctor around. I had not earned enough respect from the man in order to do that. He was, afterall, doing me a favor by letting me come along for the ride.

As she broke through the surface and swam over to the edge, she laughed. It was a magical laugh. It was one that filled your soul with happiness and made you believe that you knew this person for far more years than you really have. "Of course you don't, silly. It's really not meant to be understood by normal people. It just needs to make sense to him. He is the only one who can actually take her down. Who knew that the wee, little Doctor would need my help?"

"Oh, shush you," The Doctor said, rolling his eyes as he stared down at the girl. She smiled and climbed out of the pool, quickly wrapping a towel around her body. She smiled and took a seat on the chair next to me. "Just go over the plan one more time for her. I need to go and make sure that I will have everything ready for this." Without another word, he walked out of the pool room. I was beginning to wonder how large the T.A.R.D.I.S. actually was. I had never thought to look around seeing as I was only supposed to be going on one adventure.

"What we need to do is remind her as much as we can of her late husband," Elizabeth said.

"How can I do that? I've never even met the man," I said.

"You won't. You could, honestly, stay here. You would be safe. The Doctor would probably prefer that but I know that not one of his companions could sit still long enough to just wait here while he was off galavanting around some planet or time period that they had never been to before. I have a better idea for you. I didn't say it before because he definitely will not agree to it. He would much rather you stay in here than do what I'm going to advise you to do."

I had been hesitant about this girl at first. I didn't understand why she was so ready to bring her sister down. It wasn't until she had started to explain how her sister had turned on their family when her husband died did I fully understand. She had stopped listening to anything that they had to tell her. She would not allow anyone who shared her blood into the castle. She pretty much banned them from the land without actually saying so. She had never given them a reason as to why she was acting that way. Elizabeth thought that maybe it was just her way of coping and that things would change when she was finally able to face the days without trying to hide in her bed instead of taking care of the land. But her sister never changed back to the woman that she had considered her friend as well as family. Her sister stopped being her sister. She shunned every single member of her family if they were not a part of the royal court. Collin, the guard that we had originally met, was their brother. Another guard, Ernesto, was their cousin. The butler, Jared, was their uncle. They were the only family members that The Black Widow spoke to. They tried to keep the family in the loop in the beginning until she was working them all so hard that they were no longer allowed to really leave the castle. She forced them and their immediate families, if they had one that was, to move into the castle. Everyone worked for her. Even the children. She was a monster. She had to be destroyed.

"Now, do you understand what I am asking of you?" she asked after fully explaining the plot to me. The look on her face wasn't one of frustration because she had to explain it to me more than once. It was one of understanding. She knew that I was out of my element here. We had explained that to her right from the beginning when she started using terms like "tremadortirus" and "flemingoraphonolia".

"Of course," I said. The anticipation was building up inside of me. I was ready.
