21. What happens in Vegas is on Instagram (Everyone said)

Ally is gone again for almost a week now and of course it is an opportunity to be with Stevie. I know I am the sneaky antagonist to their love story but I could not help myself for wanting to be with Stevie especially now that I have proven Ally's women escapades and also because of my worsening condition. When Stevie was rushed to the hospital, another woman answered Ally's phone. It was as if they were on a date.

Ally's last stop is Las Vegas and Stevie is planning to fly out and surprise her. Ally left a note on the fridge that left Stevie worrying about Ally's doubts about their relationship.

I was planning to tell Stevie about my condition before we leave for Vegas. My sister, Lana, is already there too. She wanted to celebrate her adulthood in Vegas and cap it off with Ally's concert.

I do not like a pity party--but I do not want to have important things unsaid.

"Stevie, I have to tell you something."

"What is it?"

"I'm sick."

"Do you want me to bring you to a hospital?"

"No. The doctors say I only have a year to live. I have breast cancer. I may be too annoyingly clingy but I just want to spend more time with the important people in my life. That includes you, Stevie."

"I don't know what to say, but please know that I truly care."

We shared an embrace and I could not resist kissing her so I did. Stevie was surprised and pulled away. That was when I saw Ally. She freaking saw everything but I just let her ran away.

(Ally said)

I came home to show Stevie a peace offering. She may be mad about the note I left her. I should not have doubted our relationship.

I had "VII" tattooed on my right forearm--it is one of our lucky numbers. The other one is 13, which is already on my left forearm. The combination also happened to be Stevie's birthday. I was quite sure that she would appreciate it.

When I peeked through our bedroom, I saw Stevie and Dana kissing. I could not take in what was happening so I ran away. How could they do this to me?

(Stevie said)

"I'm sorry. My emotions are too overwhelming," Dana explained when I pushed her away when she tried to kiss me.

"I understand. But I have a girlfriend so please respect that," I responded.

"It will never happen again. I hope things won't be awkward."

"We can try not to."

(Danny said)

"How did the surprise go?" I asked Ally when she called me. She came back to LA to surprise Stevie.

"I just saw Stevie kissing Dana," Ally said. She sounded like she was about to cry.

"What? That can't be true. There must be some good explanation about it."

"Like what? That Stevie imagined Dana to be me?"

"You know Stevie--she love you. How can she cheat on you?"

"I thought Santa Claus was real too but he'a not."

"Are you drunk?"

"So I am drowning myself with alcohol on my road trip back to Vegas. Why do you care?"
