Soft piano music flew through the house. You smiled as your boyfriend was sitting in his music room playing and completely unsuspecting of your surprise. Carrying the cake that you had made to the room you paused by the door to listen. 'Kiss the Rain' You thought as you listened to the notes fly. It wasn't until he was done playing when you quietly opened the door and walked in. He turned around and smiled at you as he saw the cake. "Happy birthday Roderich." You told him and planted a small kiss on his cheek. "Danke {Y-N}." He said and looked around you to see Hungary and Italy standing there. "Hallo Mr. Austria!" Hungary said happily and Italy ran in and hugged him. "Danke, all of jou." He said with a soft blush on his cheeks and a small smile as you got some plates and forks to eat the cake.
