Begin Again (A Greyson Chance Love Story)

Chapter 23

*CJ's POV*

Morning came and I was sleeping comfortably in the bed. I looked around and saw greyson still sleeping uncomfortably on the sofa. I got up and got my things and headed to a bathroom, I wore a grey tank top and shorts trying something new for the sake of alli. After getting out of the bathroom, I saw greyson still sleeping. So I cooked breakfast for the two of us. Let's say this is part of getting a revenge on him.

I prepared the table with bacons, eggs, and ham. I also made an orange juice to come along with it. After preparing, I went back to the room and woke greyson up.

"Greyson... Greyson... Greyson..." I whispered shaking him. "Wha-?" he said scratching his eyes. "Breakfast is ready" I smiled brightly at him, ofcourse I'm all faking it. "am I dreaming?" he asked raising an eyebrow at me. "Don't be silly, let's go and eat, I'm hungry" I said as I pulled him up at the sofa and headed to the kitchen.

"Woah, you cooked all of this?" he said in shock. "yeah" I said as I sat down. "are you doing this to poison me?" he asked. "no, do you want to eat or not?" I asked putting my hands on my hips. "alright, alright, I'm eating." he said and sat down infront of me.

Breakfast was silent, uncomfortable silent. It may be hard for me to start this but I know he'll fell for it soon. As soon as we finished eating, Greyson decided to wash the dishes but I insisted.

"Are you sure?" he said. "yes, I'm sure" I said. "what happened to you last night?" he asked confused. "what?" I asked. "nothing, I'm going to take a shower" he said and walked away.

Right after I washed the dishes, I grabbed my phone and called cody. Since I haven't talked to him for a while. I walked t the balcony as my phone rings.

"Hey" I greeted. "hey I miss you" he said sadly. "I miss you too" I said. "can we hang out today?" I added. "ofocurse! can I pick you up?" he asked excitedly. "I miss seeing you excited all joyful" I said smiling. 

"I miss your smile" he said. I can feel his smile at the end of the line. "Ha-ha very funny" I said letting out a small laugh. "so, can I pick you up?" he asked. "Uhhh, no. I'll just meet you up at the mall okay?" I asked. "sure, love you" he said. "love you too" I said and hung up.

I quickly grabbed my jacket and and wallet and headed towards the door when greyson spoke behind me. "where are you going?" he asked. "gonna meet up with cody" I said opening the door. "maybe I could bring you there?" he asked. "no thanks" I smiled and walked away from the apartment.

When I reached the mall, I saw cody at starbuckswaiting for me. "Hey" I said as he stood up. "Hey, I missed you so much" he said and hugged me. "I missed you too, its been a while" I said as he pulled away. "so, what do you wanna do?" he asked. "I had enough with shopping so, let's just hang out" I said and we both laughed.

We ordered coffee at starbucks first to talk for a while. "So, how's your stay with him?" he asked. "its doing progress" I curved a small smile. "is he giving you problems? I can talk to him" he said worriedly. I held his arm. "You don't have to. It's fine, really" I said and smiled. "Well if you say so" he calmed down.

After starbucks, we headed to the arcade. We played the usual game, basketball. "ugh! you beat me again!" cody said as he lost for the third time. "never, underestimate a girl" I wink. He suddenly pulled my waist for me to be closer to him. "Well, you atleast have to give me something to cheer me up" he said pouting his lips.

I gave him a peck on the lips and pulled away from his arms. "Happy?" I said jokingly. "kinda" he winked. I rolled my eyes and started to play more basketball. While I was shooting the balls, cody suddenly hugged me from my back. 

"Come on cody, I'm playing, are you seriously going to do this to me?" I laughed as I shoot. "Let's call it revenge" he put his nead on my shoulder. Its a good thing I could still shoot and I reached the level 2. 

"Wow, you're good" he said. "yeah, you may not be a distraction then" I chuckled. "but a goodluck?" he asked. "yeah" I winked. Cody and I started walking around the mall when my phone suddenly rang.

"Hello?" I said. "CJ!" emily's voice filled my ear. "emily! ohmygosh I miss you so much!" I said. "I have a good news for you" she said joyfully. "please tell me you'll be back here" I said pouting. "Well, I'm going back there next month!" she said excited. "ohmygosh! I acn't wait! but why next month?" I asked. "because, I'm having some make over here" she said.

"Well I'm just glad I'll see you again, I miss you!" I said. "I miss you too, I'll be there next month I promise" she said. "okay, don't ever break that okay?" I said "yes maam, well I gotta go, love you CJ! see you soon!" she said. "sure, love you too! can't wait" I said and hung up.

"What did she say?" Cody said. "she'll be back here after a month" I said grinning. It really made my day. "that's great! but why do we need a month for her arrival?" cody asked confused. "cause, she needs more time away from greyson right now" I said smiling.

Cody and I went to the park after spending some time at the mall. When suddenly I saw someone who looks like watching me...
