Begin Again (A Greyson Chance Love Story)

Chapter 17

Once Cody and I got home, I ran towards my room and I surely started to cry. I can't help it. I know being here will make my dad and Cody happy but without Emily beside me, I just don't know what to do. We do things together as always but now, how am I suppose to do things without her? 

I felt someone sat on my bed and I'm sure it's Cody, no one else can be here but him. I stood up from my bed and I hugged him.

"Shhh, stop crying CJ, we all know we'll miss her" he said rubbing my back. "Yeah, except for that boy who made her leave" I said in between sobs. "we all know him CJ" he said pulling out from the hug. "now, wanna go hang out?" he said wiping my tears away.

"Thank you" I whispered as I met his gaze. "Anything for you" he said as he kissed my forehead. I let out a small chuckle as Cody stood up and lend his hand to help me stand up.

"Shall we?" he said  as he went to the door and open it. "yes, yes we should" I said as I giggled. 

As Cody and I reached the living room, I saw someone sitting on the couch. I shrugged knowing who it was.

"Hey bro" Cody said as he walk near him. I don't want to even mention his name it makes me more disgusted on what he did. "hey man" a small curve of smile form on his lips.  

"So, where are you going?" he added. Before Cody could answer, I walked to him and grabbed Cody's hand. "it's  none of your business" I spat. "let''s go Cody, I don't want my day to be ruined" I added. "Sure" he said and we went off the mansion.

Cody and I spent some time at the mall for some ice-cream. I really need to cool down or else I might just kill him in his sleep. He's the reason why I don't want to be here and now he's the reason  why my best friend left. I'm just glad my dad isn't home so he doesn't have to see how we fight.

But right now, I'm putting those things on the side, I just want to cool down and enjoy my day with my boyfriend.  

"Time sure do passed by when you're enjoying yourselves huh?" Cody said. Were now at our door, we want to spend the dinner together but since dad is going to be home early tonight, we decided not to. 

"I know right? But I sure did have a great time" I said as I smiled at him. "me too" he said and he kissed my cheek. My cheeks started to heat up. Embarrassing much? He giggled when he saw me blushed. I just can't help myself from blushing.

"Will you go to the studio with me tomorrow?" he asked. I kind of thought of that idea for a moment but I can't disappoint him right? "Sure" I answered. "Great, I'll pick you up tomorrow morning?" he asked. "Nah, I'll go with my dad instead" I said "okay, see you tomorrow"  he said as he kissed my cheek again. 

As I saw hiis car disappear from the gate of the mansion, I went inside and went straight to the kitchen to cook for me and my dad, with the help of some maids ofcourse. 

Bob and the maids helped me cook and prepare the table for dinner. As we finished, I went to the living room to watch my favorite show while waiting for my dad.

Just in the wrong time, I felt someone's shadow was behind me.

"What are you going here?" I spat angrily. "I think I should be the one asking you that" he said with that irritating smirk on his face. "isn't it obvious?" I said sarcastically. "watching tv" he answered. "thank you Dr. obvious" I said irritated. 

"Still mad at me aye?" he said. "yeah, so better stay away from before I could do something terrible at that face of yours" I glared at him.

"Like what?" he said raising an eyebrow. "this" I threw the remote at his face which hit his nose particularly. 

"Ouch!" he shouted and I started laughing. "you'll pay for this" he gave me a death glare. "oh! I'm so scared!" I said note the sarcasm. I laughed again and he started to walk away to his room..

Just in time my dad finally got home for dinner.
