The Village (Chapter 4)

:Aya's POV: 

I walked closer to the village, my nervousness and curiosity growing with each step. 'What creatures could these people be? Are they the ones that had killed my school?' All of these questions are buzzing through my head as I finally make it to the village. 

The first thing that I notice is that there are spears, and other weapons that each man/ boy posses. Before making my presence noticalbe, I fold up my wings and put my hoodie on over it. 'There.' I thought 'Now I look normal.' I casually strode into the heart of the village to notice that all of the people here have cat ears and tails. I was just about to turn and walk out, realizing that this wasn't my best idea, just to come face, to face with a spear. 'GREEEAATTTT' I thought as I jumped back, not wanting to get stabbed.

"Who are you?!?!" the person behind the spear asked 

"A-Aya" I choked out

"Are you human?!?" The man asked 

"What?!? No!!! Of course not!! They died years ago!" I stated, sounding quite offended that someone would think that I was something like that! Well, then again, my wings aren't showing, so I do look kind of human.

"Then WHAT are you?!?!" The man yelled in my face. I would have used my ninja skills on him, you know, if there wasn't a huge spear between us. 

:Momiji's POV:

I kept wandering around in the forest, bored out of my mind. Wrath kept whining, probably hungry or maybe he is bored as well. Then, Wrath stopped walking by my side, and ran off in the opposite direction. "Wrath! Come back here!" I called frantically, not wanting him to get lost. I mean, he was all I had for right now, and I couldn't loose my companion. So, I chased him down. I finally spotted him stopped in front of what looked like a small town or village. "Now Wrath, you can't just run off willy- nilly." I scolded, trying to sound mad in-between pants from running. He turned to look at me with his bright sad purple eyes. "Aww, its alright, buddy. Just don't do it again, okay?" I asked/ told him. As if in agreement, he nudged my side. "Alright, then. Now lets go explore this town, village, thing!" I said fist pumping the air like a huss.
