Liam drove down a curved road, and the moon came into view. Actually, it was a full moon and seemed brighter than usual. My eyes wandered over to Liam and saw that he was tightly gripping the steering wheel. A thought suddenly crossed my mind.

"Liam, when did you get your driver's license?" I asked.

"Last week, why?" he said, not looking away from the road.

"No reason," I responded sitting back in my seat.

Dear God, he probably had no idea what he was doing! I was going to die tonight without doing so many things! My heartbeat increased, making my breathing heavy. I closed my eyes and thought of things that would slow down my heart. After about ten minutes, my heartrate was back to normal

Five minutes later, we pulled up in front of what seemed to be a lake house. It must be Lydia's, I thought to myself. Liam was quick to shut off the engine and jump out of the car. He came around to my door and practically ripped the door open. He grabbed me out the car and handed me his jacket.

    "Put this on."

    "What? No!" I exclaimed.

"Please Amber. I promise there is a really good reason." He pleaded.

For some stupid reason, I trusted him. Sliding his jacket on, we walked quickly inside. Everyone was here and for some reason I felt odd and out of place. Scott looked at Liam and nodded and Liam nodded back. Lydia, Malia, and Kira were sitting in beanbags talking to each other, while Scott talked to Stiles.

"Hey go sit with the girls. I have to talk to Scott."

Smiling at him, I walked over to where they were sitting. I felt really awkward for many different reasons. For one, I was the only freshman. Also, I'd only ever talked to each of them once.

"Here sweetie, come sit down." Lydia cooed, patting the beanbag next to her.

Thankful for her kindness, I smiled at her. The room suddenly got quieter, but the girls were still talking. I turned around to where the boys were standing, only to see them gone.

"Where did the guys go?" I asked them.

"Um, I have no idea." Lydia laughed nervously.

Malia nodded at Kira and Kira nodded back. They then both got up and walked to the back.

"Where are they going?" I asked Lydia.

"The bathroom. Why do you ask so many questions?" she snapped at me.

    "I'm sorry." I apologized.

"No, it's my fault. I should not have snapped at you."

    "It's okay."

We sat there in silence for a few more minutes.

"Hey why don't we go down to the boat house?" Lydia suggested.

    "Sure." I responded.

We both got up and I followed her out. There were stone steps with a silver railing leading down to it. Small lanterns lined the pathway, giving us light. There was the soft glow of a lamp in the boat house so someone must already be down there.

"Before we go in, you have to stay completely quite. Also, you have to keep Liam's jacket on."

I nodded, still confused on why I had to do those things. She opened the door and we walked inside.

A gasp escaped my lips and I quickly slapped my hand across my mouth. The very first thing I noticed was Liam chained to the wall. Stiles was standing right next to him chaining up Malia.

"I told you not to bring her down here!" Liam yelled at Lydia.

"Well, she would have found out sooner or later." She fired back, matter of factly.

Oh my God. I was going to die. It had not even been a week being here and I was going to die. I turned around and started to walk quickly towards the door.

"No!" I heard someone yell before Kira jumped in front of the door.

My heart suddenly jumped in my throat and started to beat faster and faster. The room started to get dizzy and it felt like the floor was lightly spinning. I fell to the ground and tried to concentrate on my rapid breathing.

    "Amber. Amber! AMBER!" Liam roared.

Lydia came over to me and put her arm around me to help me up. She half carried me over to the other part of the boat house. Tears streaked down my face and I feared that she was going to throw me in. I was going to drown, I could not swim.

"Lydia she's scared! You need to calm her down!" he yelled at her again.

"Calm down Scooby-Doo!" she sassed back.

We walked next to where Liam was chained up. She set me down on a blanket close to the edge.

"Amber, we're not going to hurt you. We are trying to protect you. That is why we cannot let you leave."

    "Y-you are g-gonna push m-me i-in." I sobbed. She laughed at this.

"Just go to sleep. Everything will be better when you wake up."

I slowly relaxed, lying down on the blanket.

    "Goodnight Amber." Liam whispered.

"Night." I say back before drifting off to sleep.

Hey guys! I'm so sorry for like never updating! Please forgive me for being a lazy butt. Anyways, I decided that because I am finally on the 6th chapter, we could do a little something. None of you know like anything about me, so if you have and questions, leave them in the comments, and I will answer all of them in the next chapter!
Also, my gym teacher looks like Dylan Sprayberry and it's really distracting because he's really attractive and we can't tell him... But like seriously how did we get so lucky. It's literally Dylan Sprayberry, but with glasses. I'm like oh my god. But it's just not fair. Well that's it for this week, I love you all so much!
Xoxo, Ris♥︎
