"Should we wake her?" I heard a female voice ask as I laid in the hospital bed.

"Nah, let her rest for a lil bit." A male voice that I knew too well said. My head shot up and I saw Chris wide awake with his arms wrapped around me.

"Chris!" I squealed throwing my arms around his neck. He chuckled hugging me back.

"Ight ma my arm broke...." He said and I reluctantly let him go.

"I missed you!" I said happily. He pecked my lips smiling.

"I missed yo annoying ass too bae." He said making me laugh.

"I'll give you two some time alone,then and I'll be back with the release forms shortly.

"The nurse said walking out the room leaving me and Chris alone.

"I'm so happy your alright. I damn near lost my mind." I exclaimed smiling hard.

"I'm surprised you ain't kill yo self." He joked messing up my hair a little.

"Whatever you ain't that important to me." I lied. I was a damn crazy woman the whole time he was unconscious.

"Yeah right. You was prolly crying yo self to sleep."

"You,know what, kiss my ass." I said and he laughed as the nurse knocked on the door while petting herself in.

"Here ya go. All you have to do is sign the forms and you free to go." She said handing Chris the clipboard. He quickly signed the forms and she left out so he could get dressed. I had to help him since his arm was broken.

"How long did she say you gotta wear the cast?" I asked and he sighed.

"Six weeks..."

"Its good I'll be your personal nurse boo." I said helping him with his shirt.

"Of course but that means you gotta fulfill my personal needs...." He winked using his good arm to pull me by my waist bringing me close to him.
"Shut up. You don't wanna get in trouble for messing with a underage girl, do you?" I asked raising an eyebrow.

"Did that stop me the first time?" He asked and I laughed

"Shut up."

"You ready?" He asked and I nodded grabbing his hand as we walked out. It feels good to be able to just hold his hand and talk to him again. I give it twenty more minutes before he starts annoying me.

"We should go get our things from the hotel and just go back home. I'm never coming back to Puerto Rico." I said and he chuckled.

"We can leave in the morning, I need to just rest for a lil while." I smacked my lips. He was in a coma for about three weeks how much rest do you need?

"OK." I said bluntly. I'm so ready to leave. He's out the hospital so I don't see why we can't just go.

We pulled up to the hotel and I got out going inside. I laid on the bed lazily as Chris went over to his suitcase. He got out some clothes then went into the bathroom and I heard the shower.

"You mad?" Chris asked making jump a little. I didn't even hear him come out the bathroom.

"No." I said plainly. I am mad, I'm big mad cause this mutha fucka needs rest. Its not like he go be driving, all he gotta do is get us the plane tickets.

"Yes you are. Why you in a hurry to get home." I smacked my lips sitting up.

"Because I don't like it here, because its been nothing but hell here, because I know where Nick is....." I said that last part lowly.

"You what?" He asked snapping Hus head in my direction.

"I um...went to one of his workers house and made him tell me...." I mumbled but by the look on his face I know he heard me.

"What the hell you mean you made him tell you?" He questioned.

"I just threatened him a little, it's not that serious. Calm down."

"It is serious, what the hell were you thinking? He coulda killed yo ass, then what?" He semi yelled and I stayed silent letting him yell.

"If I got killed I woulda died helping you. I was willing to take that chance because you were in the hospital and I didn't think you would wake up. I wanted to get back at Nick." I explained and his face softened up.

"You don't gotta do that. Imma be alright, this ain't nothing new to me but I don't need you getting involved no more than you already are. It ain't safe."

"You do realize I'm not a kid right? I can handle myself." I said sarcastically and agitated.

"I'm not saying you a kid I'm saying this ain't safe." He remarked throwing his self on the bed.

"I'm going to bed." I shot back getting comfortable in bed. Even though I'm mad I like being in his arms when I sleep so I laid close to him making him wrap his arms around me.

"You so fake." He mumbled laughing a little. I laughed drifting off to sleep.

Chris is awake.... Tbh I was honestly gonna kill him off but I didn't want anyone cussing me out Lmao.

Heads up I might kill him off later in the book....ion know yet...
