Lani walked in the house like she was just mugged by three niggas. She was acting weird ever since she been back.
"Bae!" I semi yelled jumping on the bed next to her. She looked at me giving me a half smile.

"Wassup?" She said plainly. I could be overreacting but to me it seems like she got an attitude.

"What's wrong with you?" I was growing annoyed.

"Nothing. Just tired that's all." She mumbled turning over on the bed. I felt like she was lying but I wasn't gonna pressure it for now.

"Ight, I'm bout to go, I'll be back later." I didn't wait for her response. Instead I threw on some shoes and left out the house. It was bothering me that she wouldn't talk. I know she ain't that damn tired, all she do is sleep and throw up lately.

Lani,

I knew Chris was upset but I couldn't worry about that right now. I had to figure out a way to tell him I'm pregnant, and fast.

"Oh my gosh...." I wanted to cry. Why does it have to be so hard to tell the person you love that your carrying their seed? What if he didn't mean it that way and he really would be excited to have a child with me.

I could be making a big deal out of nothing but then again I might be right.

I decided to call Chyna and tell her the news. The phone rang twice before she answered.

"Hey bish!" She semi yelled into the phone.

"Hayy boo. What ya doin?"

"Nothing, just put king down for his nap. How was the appointment?" Here goes nothing.

"Well, I found out that I'm a month and a half pregnant." I said slowly. I could tell she was smiling.

"Awe congratulations! Did you tell Chris." Damn.

"Um...not yet, but I will.....soon...." Chyna smacked her lips.

"How soon?"

"I don't know...."

"OK, imma call you back cause Chris just walked in." She whispered then quickly hung up. At least I know where he is.

Maybe I could tell him when he gets back. I'll just say it flat out and get it over with.....

"Bae!" Chris yelled walking in the house. He's been gone for three hours but it doesn't matter, all that matters right now is me telling him.

"I'm right here." I yelled back jumping in his arms. He smiled kissing me passionately.

"You in a better mood." He said. I nodded sitting down on the couch with him next to me.

"Yea, I um...I gotta tell you something actually..." The butterfly feeling was slowly coming back to me.

"Aight, Wassup." I was getting annoyed that he was listening. I was hoping he would be doing something that would make me say never mind.

"...um....let's watch a movie..." I said going over to the stack of DVDs. He gave me a confused look.

"It was that hard to say let's watch a movie?" He asked with one eyebrow raised.

"Yup...." I silently cussed myself out for being a bitch. Maybe I can tell him while we watch a movie. I needed one for this situation. I settled on Baby Daddy.

We got comfortable on the couch and as the movie was getting closer to the end Chris started to make smart comments.

"That's why I don't want kids. They bad as hell. How the fuck those babies do all that and they supposed to be in the room sleep while the party going on.." He mumbled shaking his head.

"You don't want kids?" I asked looking at him. He shook his head.

"Hell nah. They bad as fuck. Too much work." My eyes grew wide. I can't tell him I'm pregnant. He go put me out his house.

"Like....ever?"

"What's with all the questions ma?" He said smirking. I gave a fake smile focusing back onto the movie. Maybe this is a sign. Maybe I'm not meant to have a child.
