November 1st, the day every kid hates. The day after Halloween, in which you want to sleep until noon. The day when you have to clean up all your candy wrappers. That dreadful day that pretty much ends fall. All the spooky decorations. From skeletons to turkeys in the matter of a day. :[ We're having Thanksgiving at my house this year. We're doing Christmas separate. Although we are spending Christmas Eve together. But anyways. Tomorrow is my birthday! To bad it's on a Monday. :( First I gotta get through today.
I took Sally (this is the dog, I don't remember if I ever mentioned the dog in detail before, I had totally forgotten about it until now) out for a walk before getting totally ready for the day. I threw on some joggers and a sweatshirt over my pajama tee, and some Converse. (Wow! Finally something besides my Tims!) I put on Sally's harness and clipped on her leash. I took her out the back door and went around the block with her. She's a good little husky. :} I get to bring her out today.
When we got back, I took off my joggers and sweatshirt, along with the pajama tee and Converse. I put on some ripped jeans, and cropped grey knit sweater with a white tank under. I threw my hair up halfway up halfway down, and threw on my Tims. I'm getting new ones tomorrow (for my birthday!) by the way. Today me and the fam were going out for breakfast. I went into Ethan's room to help him get ready. I put him in a T-shirt and a pair of jeans. He threw on his sneakers and a sweater. I continued into the next room, which was Ava and Chloe's. Chloe has a pretty good style so I just helped Ava. I gave her a dress to wear and some tights. She put on a pair of brown Buggs (Uggs) . No way Mason was gonna let me into his room so I skipped it.
I then went downstairs to see if my mom was there. She was getting her shoes on at the kitchen stool. Blake was coming with us, but we were gonna pick him up after we were all ready.
"So Mom, where are we going?" I asked.
"I was thinking the diner down the street." Mom replied.
"What! That rust bucket!?" I practically shouted.
"Rust bucket? Le owns that diner!" She said defensively.
"I'm-uh-just kidding Mom! I knew that. Just seeing what you'd do!"
"It's not actually Le's hah! Tricked you."
"Really. Where are we actually going?"
"I dunno, maybe iWhoppers (iHop in our world) Blake said it's really good."
"ARE YOU KIDDING! THAT PLACE IS AMAZING!! THEY HAVE THE BEST PANCAKES!" I hollered.
"What place!" Chloe asked coming down the stairs.
"You'll see..." I said to her suspiciously.
"Ugh. You never tell me anything." Chloe whined.
"Fine, Ms.Guilt Trip, we're going to iWhoppers don't tell." I whispered to Chloe.
"Yay!!" She said, happily skipping back upstairs.
When we were all ready, we got in the car, including Sally. Afterwards, we drove to Blake's house. It's a REALLY nice house on the beach. And after THAT we drove to iWhoppers! Everyone was really surprised, except for me and Chloe. We went inside, and got a reservation for 7. They brought us to a corner in the way back. It was the only one big enough. They kinda minded Sally, so they made me hook her up to the booth we were sitting at, which was fine with me.
I ordered the chocolate chip waffles, extra whipped cream. Ethan got M&M pancakes, extra M&M and chocolate syrup. Chloe got plain pancakes and maple syrup. Ava got monster pancakes, nothing extra. Mason got plain. Mom and Blake got a big order of bacon.
