My face must have turned a bright shade of scarlet. I cursed the number of people in this house. And why Lockwood?
Right now, I would take George, nude yoga and all.
"Hey Lucy," Lockwood said in such a casual way that I wished I would be able to copy him, for like the millionth time in eighteen months.
"Um, hey. Are you on the bed then?" I sincerely hoped my face wasn't as hot as it felt.
He smiled as I squirmed under his gaze.
"Yes, is that okay?"
I nodded and brandished my sleeping bag at him before setting to work. I was glad for a reason to hide my face from him.
As I was settling down in my bag, Lockwood said something that made me catch my breath and cough.
"I still haven't forgotten that kiss you know."

Ok, so I freaked out a little. Well, enough for me to think about my past life here. And that's when I realised. I had to go back. I had to go back to Whythburn Mill.
