Chapter 3

(Nightfall's POV)
I woke up with Toothless next to me, wings wrapped on me and tails also wrapped. It was the day before we have to go to the breeding grounds, I was excited. Toothless was smiling as he purred in his sleep, it was so cute. I licked his cheek and he stirred, quickly springing up on me. He kept licking my neck until I rolled over and layed on him, we kept purring until I said
"Hey Toothless, would you be ok with being a father?"
"It's all I ever wanted, to be with you and be a father"
"Good because I really want to be a mother"
"And I want to be a father"
"I love you"
"I love you more"
"Oh I don't know"
"Well I know"
"Let's go babe"
"Ahh fine" he pouted nuzzling and licking me until I got up and flew off with him by my side. When we got to the house Hiccup said
"Hey guys, how about we introduce Nightfall?" We both nodded and walked to the training academy, it was huge! There stood a Deadly Nadder, Gronkle, Monstrous Nightmare and a Zippleback. Hiccup said to there riders
"This is Nightfall we found her in the cove"
"Wow hello!" A blonde girl said, then I heard the Monstrous Nightmare say
"Woah we got a hottie!" Toothless snarled and he backed off, the others payed respect to him, maybe they will pay me respect like they do to him? Then the Nadder came up and said
"Hello, my name is Stormfly and it's a pleasure to meet you"
"Thank you, the pleasure is mine"
"Hello my name is Meatlug! As always I love meeting new dragons!"
"Well hello Meatlug" I saw hiccup leave and call Toothless, he said
"Hey I have to go I'll be back soon ok? Love you"
"Love you too bye"
"Bye" then they all left except the Monstrous Nightmare and he said
"I don't think we've properly introduced ourselves, my name is Hookfang, and boy are you a hottie!"
"Keep your claws off me! I belong to Toothless!" Then he wrapped his tail around mine and said
"Oh really? Well I never payed much attention to him, he's just a, cat"
"Well last time I checked you were the one being disrespectful to the one who saved your life"
"Yeah, he did do that and I appreciate that, but as time goes I loose respect"
"And if you touch me Toothless will hurt you!"
"Yeah I know he will, but have you two been alone recently?"
"I will not tell you that"
"Oh that just answers it!" Then he started to slide up my back, I tried getting him off me but he just pounced on me pinning me down, until I heard a screeching sound behind me, Toothless. He glowed a radiant blue Hookfang backed down in defeat, I never knew how protective he would be! That's good. I stepped behind him and he snarled at Hookfang, of all the dragons rules they must bow to the Alpha dragon at all times. Toothless roared and said
"You are banned from going near Nightfall!"
"Oh yeah and who's going to stop me?"
"Did you really just say that?!"
"Yes"
"Fine you will be kept on the far side of the island for 2 days"
"Yes sir" he had just made things so much worse
"But by rules I have the right to challenge you!"
"Bring it!" Hookfang was ignorant which cause his downfall, but of course no one is able to bring my Toothless down. They fought for about 2 minutes until Hookfang was too tired and then was sent to the other part of the island. I walked up to him and he said
"Are you ok? Did he touch you? Did he do anything to you?"
"Babe I'm fine, thank you"
"It was nothing" and with that we walked home
