"What's wrong?" I asked grabbing nurse and doctor's attention towards us. The seen in front of me told that something was serious as Dr.kulkarni was in Jake's room and even two nurses. I panicked rushing towards Jake Mr. Agrawal right beside me.

"Nothing ma'am. It's the daily check up going on." The nurse said.

"Fuck" I said, sighing in relief. I was so scared, even the thought of losing Jake was dreadful. Doctor asked the nurse to give Jake some medicine.

"I wanted to talk to you about Jake's health." Doctor said to Mr. Agrawal. Mr. Agrawal nodded and followed the doctor. I decided to sit next to Jake. I kept myself from asking nurse about Jake as I knew that the nurse will ask me to ask the doctor.

I kissed Jake on his forehead that time I noticed I had tears in my eyes as a drop of tear fall on Jake's forehead. I was so scared to see doctor and nurses around Jake that I didn't even realized that I have been crying.

"I missed you and I still miss you." I whispered into Jake's ear again kissing his both cheek and forehead closing my eyes. Trying to memorize every minute spend around him.

Holding Jake's hand tightly, I rested by head on his bed, closing my eyes for awhile living in the moment. Then I heard voice of people talking and opened my eyes to look around.

Doctor and Mr. Agrawal walked in talking about something. They were not clearly audible. Then the doctor and nurse left leaving me, Mr. Agrawal and Jake in the room.

"What did the doctor say?" I asked Mr. Agrawal.

"He will be alright." Mr. Agrawal told.

"Anything I am missing out?" I asked seeing worried expression on Mr. Agrawal's face.

"No." He said.

Next few days passed by the same way. Infact I was only in the hospital. Mr. Agrawal visited twice daily and he even did let me stay with Jake during night.

As per the Court's order we were kind of like living together. By that I meant by me staying with Jake and he in his office. Just for 1 hour I use to go to the apartment for shower and food. Rob would bring me lunch and snacks at times.

Jay was more than upset to learn about the courts order. But he never told me anything he just told me that he will be by my side anytime I needed him. Jay was still going on rescuing Krystal but he was not informing me anything going on as I was already stressed with moving in and Jake.

Jay just told me that he was working to get Krystal out of the trap, she was into. I kept on hearing every single day that Jake is making progress but I was not able to see that as he was yet not awake. Jake was being sent to medical induced coma so that he didn't go through any brain injury due to lack of oxygen in the brain cell.

Doctor informed that if it takes more than 5 minutes after the cardiac attack the person may suffer from major brain injury. To protect Jake from going through memory loss, lack of concentration or any other thing doctor gave him medical infused coma.

Many days passed by and there was no report of me and Mr. Agrawal being in relation anywhere. I sighed in relief because everything was being settled by Mr. Agrawal.

It was the 10th day of Jake being in coma. Mr.Agrawal's lawyer requested for the duke of marital counseling due to Jake's serious condition which was being approved. I was a little bit excited as anytime Jake could be awake. It could be any moment or even tomorrow as doctor informed. I was sitting on the couch of the Jake's hospital room and waiting for him to open his eyes.

My phone started ringing. On my phone screen it showed Jay calling. I answered the calling waking out of the hospital room.

"Yeah, Jay." I answered the call.

"Via a friend's source it's being confirmed the people we have conned till now are given all the money back that we took." Jay informed. I gasped.

"Impossible." I told him.

"That's what I am saying." He told.

"Jay. Do you know what this means? Only you and me know who all have we conned till now." I reminded him.

"Maybe your so called hubby knows." Jay told and I could actually sense bitterness in his voice. He hated Mr. Agrawal because of his first encounter with him. It was quite bad I agree that Mr.Agrawal is a controlling freak that's why Jay hated him.

"What do you mean I told him?" I asked Jay.

"Maybe." He replied.

"Seriously Jay, you don't even trust me?" I asked a bit angry.

"Obviously I do but then how Kiara?" He asked.

"Mr. Agrawal cannot do that. Even from my bank transaction it’s not that easy and I never told him. How can he pay? There is someone else behind this." I told Jay.

"I still have a feeling it's your so... Actually now called hubby. After all he was the one who even payed our last con." Jay told. I saw Mr. Agrawal waking towards me as in Jake's room and I thought it was the perfect time to ask him about it.

"Jay... I will call you later." I told and hung up. I stood in front of Mr.Agrawal blocking him from walking forward. He raised his eyebrow towards me.

"Did you payed to all those whom I conned?" I asked straight to the point.

"Maybe." With that he walked past me.

"What do you mean by maybe?" I asked. 'How could he?' I wondered.
