2 WEEKS LATER
Zoe
I am sitting on the couch watching TV with Nala asleep on me, waiting for Alfie to come home. I am so nervous because I have something to tell him and I don't know how he is going to react. I started to hear the door open and my heart is starting to beat really fast.
Alfie
I am walking through the door after just being at the gym. It was such a good work out but I am starving.
"Zoe do you want to order some lunch I am really hungry" I yell from the front door as I am walking in.
But no answer, I know she is home because her car is in the driveway and we were just texting. "ZOE" I yelled again
Still no answer, I walk around the corner into the living room and there she is with a red face and I can tell she is nervous about something because she looks the way I looked when I was about to propose to her.
"Are you ok Zoe?" I said
Zoe
Alfie has walked through the door and I heard him calling me but I just sat here saying nothing. I can hear him walking towards me and as he walks around the corner he just looks at me and then says
"Zoe are you ok?"
I am just sitting here, not saying anything and my heart is still beating fast. After sitting here for about 10 minutes with a confused look on Alfie's face I just yell
"I'M PREGNANT"
