Alfie
"Morning beautiful" I said to Zoe leaning over and giving her a kiss "It's going to be a good day, we get to see our little baby for the first time I am so excited"

"I know I am so excited, it's going to be amazing" Zoe said excitedly

"I wish we could go now but the appointments not until 12pm so we have to wait 2 and half hours" I said back with a sad face

"How about while we are waiting, make something to eat the baby and it's mama are hungry" Zoe said to be with a grin on her face

"Yeah so am I what do you want, I will make it and bring it up to my babies" I said to Zoe

"Umm" Zoe paused for a few seconds "Surprise me"

"Ok I'll be back" I said mimicking Arnold Schwarzenegger from the terminator

Zoe just looked at me and shook her head

30 minutes later

Zoe
I can smell what alfie is cooking and it smells amazing.

"Won't be long baby" Alfie yelled from downstairs

10 minutes later

I hear Alfie walking the stairs

"Here you go beautiful" Alfie said walking into the room handing me the tray

The tray had a smoothie, a few pancakes with golden syrup, french toast, a couple bits of bacon and some eggs.

"Thanks babe" I said back to him making the kissing face signalling him to lean over and give me a kiss

He leans over and gives me a kiss.

"I am going to go down stairs and edit some videos just yell when your finished and I will get the tray" Alfie said walking out of the room

30 minutes later

I decide that I am going to take my tray down stairs because Alfie has done so much already. I walk out of my room and down the stairs as I am half way down the stair I miss judge a step and I fall down the steps.

All I hear is this bang and I run out of the room and all I see is Zoe laying thee crying

"Al-fieee t-the ba-baby" Zoe says to me crying

My heart breaks seeing her crying, I grab my keys and pick Zoe up. Both off us not caring we are in our pjs.

5 minutes later

I pull into the carpark and park as close as I can to the front entrance. I help Zoe walk into emergency

"Hi my fiancé is pregnant and she fell down the stairs" I said to the lady at the desk

"Ok can you please sit down there and someone will see you as soon as possible" The lady said

I just fell down the stairs and I am pregnant and I have to wait my" I said to the lady I just couldn't help it I am worried about my baby

"I understand that ma'am but we are busy and all of our nurses are busy but as soon as one is free you will be the first one they see" The lady said to me

I didn't say anything, I walk away and sit on the chair

5 minutes later

"Zoe Sugg this way please" The nurse said

I walk into the room

"Can you please lay on the bed and we will do an ultrasound " The nurse said

She starts doing the ultrasound.

"Is the baby ok" I said

She was silent for about a minute and then she said "The babies are fine no harm was done"

"Hang on a minute you said babies" Alfie said with me not even picking up that she said that

"Oh sorry didn't you know your pregnant with twins" the nurse said

"Omg are you serious that is amazing were having twins Alfie can you BELIVE that" I said so excited
