Sometimes it does
Over.
And over.
And over.
Until you're to the point of breaking down.
When you reach this point, I have some tips. And please just pick one and give it a shot. I know when you're stressed it's hard enough just to exist let alone actually do something.
...
1. Take a big deep breath from your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth, repeat this 5 times.2. Shower, brush your teeth, fix your hair a bit. It'll make you feel better I promise.
3. Eat something, maybe some apples and peanut butter? A ham sandwich? How about a bowl of cereal?
4. Drink 8oz of water.
5. Listen to some music, here's some suggestions

-who you are, jessie j6. Go outside, breathe some real air aside from your secluded bedroom. Talk a walk every season has some beauty to share.
7. Read a book. Watch a movie. Make some popcorn, grab a blanket, and bam enjoy.
8. Write. Draw. Sing. Let your artist be free, allow yourself to be your own muse.
9. Get out of bed. It's a great place, believe me I know. Guilty as charged. But remember there's a wide world out there, and you deserve to experience it.
10. Call a friend. Call your mom. Your dad. Just talk to someone, have a conversation just talking to another human about simple things can be a quick pick me up. :)
Extra 11. Don't bottle it up. You are allowed to vent. But if you vent don't linger on it. Allow it to be said and done. Not a reminded. Venting is supposed to be a release.
