Let's talk about anger. It's toxic.People breath it in, letting it settle in their lungs. And if it settles long enough it will reach the heart. Please don't ever let anger reach your heart.
When you feel anger rising in you, think of another time you held on to that anger. And remind yourself what it did to you. Did it stress you? Drive you crazy? Did it make you feel like the weight of the world was on your shoulders?
Anger isn't healthy.
It's a response.
And it's not meant to last.So let go of the anger you hold.
Whether it's directed to a friend, a family member, a teacher, a sport, a book, anything. Let it go. You don't need it.Take a deep breath and imagine all that anger you've built up, now let that breath out feeling all that anger slowly release.
