I love sleep. Sometimes more than anything else.
I want you to remember that your body is more important than your homework.
When it's 2 am, please put your pencil down. Power off your laptop. Let down your hair and curl into your covers.
Let your body rest.
A teenager needs more sleep than an adult, around 8 to 10 hours.
I'm kind of a hypocrite when it comes to this. School days were consumed on only 7 hours on my part.
It's not worth it.
It just builds up and your body will let you know how unhappy it is in unexpected ways.
Sleep can impact your mental health.
Sleep can impact your physical health.
Love your body. Love your mind.
Take the rest when you need it.
Take the rest when you want it.
Find your happy medium.
