The nose-tickling scent of animal fur woke me up in the cold morning. With my eyes closed, I sneezed the itch that swirled inside my nose. My head was still throbbing from sleeping late last night.

We had a long time talking of our own different stories and doing activities with only the light from burning torches making us visible to each other. Nicole and Jecko were like cat and dog, they were having a fight over the answer to the question, "Who is more intelligent, girls or boys?". I didn't involved myself because we might ended the night hating each other because we would stand for our gender no matter what. And the two did hate each other afterwards. Ayase and Barry were quite more mature for their ages. I heard them talking about separation of parents and even heartbreak? Well, I didn't know exactly what were those. En was making moves to get noticed by Emma. He was tickling her ears, would suddenly say she's pretty and all. But that seemed to make Emma felt bashful so she would stand up and sit to other bench, most often, beside me. I always saw how En's eyes squinted with warning everytime Emma would speak to me. Logan was the joker. I didn't heard them that much but Luisa, Anthony and the rest were laughing at him. I was busy worrying about one thing. May had a pet cat. A white little cat that made me sneeze everytime it went near me, not to mention it had the most un-pronunciable name I ever heard. I was a little irritated that beyond the obvious thing that I am allergic to her cat, she kept on letting loose hold of it. Before we all went to our bedrooms, Emma said she made clothes, blankets and pillows out of pieces of papers and gave them to me. They were wrapped round inside a blanket. There were two of it and I willfully accepted them. When I asked how did she do them, she said it was magic and she was a witch. I just believe she was.

The smell of the fur entered my nose again. I covered my head with the cotton-soft blanket. I forced the lid of my eyes to open at this unpleasant time. I lifted the blanket and look around.

"What the..." It was the words that came from my mouth after realizing what was the thing sitting beside my pillow. I felt terribly irritated.

Meow. The animal said to me as if it was teasing me. Meow. It scratched my pillow and I sneezed so loud it made the cat to jump off my bed.

What the hell are you doing in my bed at this early time? I spoke inside my mind.

"Go away Certy- Cerni-" I bit my lips. Why did the owner of this tiny cat gave it a name that was hard to pronounce? The tiny cat angrily purred at me.

"Cerynitis?" A voice of a girl came outside the capiz window. I could hear her through the capiz window. I know that voice. The owner of this disgusting cat. I grabbed the tiny cat with my one hand, stood up briskly and went outside the hut. I circled around to meet her, May, at the left side of the hut.

"Can't you keep this cat in your own room?" I said to May whose back was facing me. She turned around and looked at her cat without even paying attention to me.

"Cerynitis! Where have you been! I've been looking for you!"

I held the tiny cat high, then put it down quickly to get May's attention. "Are you always like that? You pretend not seeing things that are just right before your eyes."
