FINAL CHAPTER - To Stay or Not?

     "Wake up, my son." I heard Apollo's voice, but just like before, I couldn't open my eyes.

"Dad?"

"It's not your time. You need to wake up."

"But how?"

"Use my gift."

"How?"

"Do you remember where you have the wound? Touch it."

I ran my left hand down to my legs. The wound was there and I could feel the blood flowing.

"Wake up, son."

When I opened my eyes, I was already at Demigod Village, inside my room at our hut. I was lying on my bed and Maria Makiling was attending at me. Barry and May were just standing at the door.

"It's over." Barry said to me, he had tiny tears at the rim of his eyes.

"You've done it well." Maria Makiling said with her sweet voice.

"What happened?" I asked Maria Makiling.

"When you fainted, its like you locked Aswang inside your body. Just like what May said, your body and his spirit can't become one. You are light and he is darkness. He couldn't escape out of you. I was able to wake Nicole up and she took Lapu-Lapu's medallion from Aswang. Nicole was only controlled by Aswang when she accidentally found the book where I jailed him for a long time. She was the one who stole the medallion in the Archives. We should thank Bathala for not letting anything worse happened. That medallion will surely cause a world destruction."

"So, where is Aswang now?" I asked Maria Makiling.

"Back to his cage, in the first book where he existed."

"Governor, how is Lapu-Lapu's medallion going to create a world destruction?" May asked.

"It was a rumor that Lapu-Lapu used it during the Battle of Mactan. This amulet can take away light from the eyes. Many creatures said he defeated Ferdinand Magellan by using this on him and all his soldiers. Imagine if Aswang used it against the other, still existing, gods and goddesses."

"It can be use to gods?" Barry asked.

"Anything made by the gods can kill them." Maria Makiling said. "If Aswang succeeded, he will take control of all the godly realm in the Philippines. He will cause many chaos and disasters for he was naturally a god created by human's mind out of fear and darkness."

"Where is Nicole now?" I asked Maria Makiling, I tried to sit and she helped me.

"She's outside, with En, Emma and Logan." May answered.

"What happened to Jecko? How about Ayase?" I asked Barry.
