Corrupted

Chapter 5

            *Author's note: I got lazy and kinda bored with one chapter per character introduction, and i wanted to get on with the story. So basically: Tracy is a pretty nerdy person, in love with books, and only open to her close friends. Her mantra is the hangman. More explanation later on. Ricky is a mildly crazy guy and the living embodiment of sarcasm, and Alec and him hate each other for reasons unknown, and Aria is this cute, innocent girl, but don't get her pissed. Oh and she's dating Alec. There, here are the characters. Enjoy the story!*

        Back to the present day, Dina turned seventeen a few months ago.

    Dina went to school to find her group of friends waiting for her. She tripped Alec, who gave her a menacing glance, and ruffled Ricky's hair. Her other friends laughed. Dina felt a sense of satisfaction when she got her friends to laugh.
    "So what's the plan for today?" said Dina.

Aria was the first to answer. "Ok. So first, you, Alec, Kate, and Blaire have English and Maths first period, and Ricky and I have--" Alec walked over to her.

"Shut up." he said as he kissed her. Everyone else sighed. Blaire mimicked puking, and Dina said with a huge sigh, "Jesus guys, get a room..." Alec broke the kiss, and laughed.

"Ok. So the plan today is survive seven hours of hell, and then go in the forest to do random shit. Kate looked at them.

"I know what kind of random shit you'll be doing, am I right?" she said, lifting her eyebrows up and down. Aria
blushed, and her eyes widened. Alec ribbed the back of his neck and looked at the ground. Kate paused. Dina gasped.
"Oh my god. You two.. Have you?????" said Dina, half screaming. Aria quickly changed the subject.

"Look! The bell rang." and she sprinted off, Alec close behind her. Dina, Blaire, and Kate looked at each other.
    Tracy stood there, eyes wide, cheeks blushing in the slightest.

"OH MY GOD!!" they said in unison. Ricky came behind them.

"Wait what happened?" Dina looked at him.

"Oh hon..." And they all went to class.

    After the bell rang at the end of the day, Dina teleported to the forest, without anyone seeing her. She wanted to be first there. But, for some odd reason, Alec was already there. He probably skipped class.

    "Goddammit Alec. You know Aria's going to kill you. She hates that you skip classes."

    "I know, I know. But econ is so boring! Like why can't I just turn up the music and have a disco party?" he said, taking his phone and speakers out. Dina teleported behind him and grabbed his speaker out of his hand.

    "Nuh-uh. No speakers. Not around me at least."

    "Oh come on. That was a year ago. You're fine. Gimme it."

    "No." she said, and she pocketed the speaker. Aria, Kate, Blaire, Tracy, and Ricky walked into the forest. Aria walked up to Alec and literally grabbed him by the ear and dragged him away. She was pissed.

    "Did he skip class?" asked Kate.

    "Yup. Econ." answered Dina, laughing. Kate and Blaire laughed too. Ricky just scowled.

    "That asscrack deserves what's coming to him. Im thinking of beat a couple into him as well."

    "Oh bugger off, Ricky. Cheer up." said Kate, punching him on the arm. Ricky groaned.

"So. How did you guys do today?' said Kate, changing the subject.

"Well, in science, I managed to make the frog I was supposed to dissect burn." said Blaire. "My teacher said I cranked the electricity too high, but i'm sure I put it at the right setting. It was weird." Dina was interested. Spontaneous combustion of objects? Sounded like her when she discovered she could manipulate fire. Wait. The house explosion.
Could she have... No, that's not possible. Dina pushed the subject further. "Like were you touching the frog, or what?"
