When your friend is in trouble, you help them. When your friend is sad, you cheer them up. But when your friend is on a rampage and attacking you, you get kind of lost.

"Alec get out of the way!!" screamed Kate, pushing him with her telekinesis. Alec fell to the ground, surprised. The ball of lightning crashed into the wall of the house. Good thing the street was somewhat empty. Dina lowered onto the ground, her eyes still white. But now she wasn't sad, noticed Kate. She was angry and ready to defeat them.

Dina faced Kate and Alec, who were both on the floor. Blaire and Aria were on her left, and Ricky and Tracy were behind her. She pulled two katanas out of thin air.

"That's new!" said Alec.

"Ricky, she's all yours." said Blaire. It was true. None of them knew how to fight with blades, let alone two of them. Ricky pulled out his own katana, and ran up to her, blade in hand.

Careful not to get caught in the blade, he blocked her attack with his sword, keeping a firm arm in the air. The problem with her having two swords and him one is that he had to deal with two problems. He pushed her blade back and made space between the two of them. He was surprised she didn't use any powers. She was maybe trying to keep a fair fight? Likely story. Dina lunged towards Ricky. He parried her blows at an astonishing speed, but she still managed to hit his hand with her hilt, making him drop his sword. But he wasn't going to stop there. He dove at her, dodging her blows. He hit her in her stomach, and she let go of her own swords, who disappeared as they hit the ground. She looked up at him, and with a cry flung him across the street. He landed hard, and rolled for a couple feet, knocked out cold.

"Ricky!!" cried Kate. She picked up a piece of the wall that had broken off and flung it at Dina, who caught it with the flick of an arm. She looked at Kate, and gave her a smile that said "really?" before flinging her across the street. She didn't black out, but she definitely felt a few broken bones.

"You bitch!" yelled Baire.

"Blaire, that's Dina you're talking about." answered Alec. Blaire turned around to face him. She had fury in her eyes. "That's not Dina." she said, biting back tears. "It's just something controlling her." She turned back around and Dina was right in front of her. She felt a sharp pain in her abdomen.

"Ah!"

"Blaire! " screamed Alec. Blaire fell to the ground, a small dagger protruding from her lower chest. She was breathing rapidly, clutching her wound.

"Why you..." Alec pulled out his speakers. He placed them on the ground, then put on his special gloves. He turned on the music.

"Fuck yeah, Monster's playing. You're screwed."

As the beat started out slow, he felt his power growing with each loud boom. Dina tried destroying the speakers.

"Nope. Those speakers are everything-proof." Alec felt the first drop, and he threw his arms on the ground, literally sending sound waves to Dina, throwing her in the air. She was caught by surprise, but back flipped and grabbed the floor to stop her, leaving claw-like marks on the floor. She looked up at him, and ran towards him. He did the same thing with the next drop, but this time she was prepared. She jumped up and avoided the wave, and landed in front of him, punching him in the gut. He fell back, then quickly got up. He rubbed his gloves together, channeling the electricity around him. As the next drop came back around, he charged up his gloves, then unleashed a beam of lightning from his hands. Dina took the blow and was shot down on the ground. But then, she got up and began pushing against the electricity.

"Crap..." muttered Alec. And as soon as he said that, the end of the drop came, and his power drained.

"Crap!" he said out loud as Dina charged up to him, picked him up, and tossed him aside. As he fell to the ground, he noticed Aria, who was standing on the side, hiding. He could see the look on his face as she looked from Ricky, who was still sprawled on the ground, to Kate, who was trying not to lose consciousness, to Blaire, still clutching the dagger. She did the good thing to keep it in, as it kept most of the blood to flow out. He then noticed how she looked at him, with fear in her eyes.
