Cameron POV:

"Mhm bae stop." She laughed pushing me off.

"Babe I need to get home or my mom is going to kill me."

"Can't you stay overnight?"

"I'm sorry, I can't."

I roughly pushed her back down on the couch and kissed her roughly.

"Please just stay."

"Okay I'll stay but if I get killed it's all on you."

"Of course baby."

I carried her upstairs, up to my room.

"Wait is your mom home?"

"No she's not coming home tonight."

"Good."

After you know what...

"Damn." I said out of breath.

"Yeah."

We laid there for a moment until she spoke.

"Night Cameron."

"Night Holly." I said while wrapping my arms around her waist.

Beth POV:
I've been living in a hotel for the past 2 weeks. I skipped school for the past 2 weeks also.

I threw on a hoodie and some leggings and walked outside. The weather was the perfect way to describe my mood.

Dark, sad, ugly, lonely...

As I was walking I past my neighborhood. I sighed as I looked at my house. My dads car wasn't parked home.

My eyes glanced over to Cameron's house. Words been going around saying that he was dating a girl named Holly.

I'm happy that he found someone that could make him happy. I could never make him happy, i would always bring him down.

I sighed as I continued to walk to my usual place. I sat on the bridge and looked out on the lake.

The lake looked really grey today. I looked down at my arm which were covered with bracelets.

I removed them and looked at the cuts. There were about 6 on each arm. I put my bracelets back on and continued to stare out on the lake.

I heard some footsteps behind me, but I ignored it.

"Hey Bethany."

I turned around to see Sierra.

"Hey." I whispered

She took a seat next to me and looked out into the lake also.

"How are you doing?"

"Fine." I answered bluntly

"You don't seem fine."

"I am fine."

Silence took over as we both looked out into the lake.

"How's Cameron?" I said finally breaking the silence.

"He's doing fine."

"Is he and holly together?" I asked, barely making any sound.

She turned to face me and sadness was in her eyes.

"Yea."

"Oh. I'm glad he got someone that makes him happy."

"Bethany I'm really sorry about everything. Cameron still misses you."

"You don't have to be sorry about anything. It's all my fault."

"It's not your fault."

"Yes it is." I said getting up.

"What are you doing?"

"Going back home."

"Home? Your dad kicked you out."

I stared down at my toes and fuddled with my fingers.

"Why don't you come and stay at my place."

"I can't."

"Why not?"

I didn't need to answer why, she knew.

"Cameron doesn't hate you Bethany. Believe me."

"He does."

"Bethany you don't have to see or talk to him if you don't want to, but all I'm asking is for you to stay at my place."

"Sierra."

"Your going to have too anyways, once I tell my mom. She's going to make you."

"She won't."

"Yes she will. Your not an legal adult yet."

"Fine." I whispered.
