"What the hell did you just do Cameron!" Sierra yelled at me, obviously furious.

"Did you know how hard it was to convince her to come here?! Nows it's impossible to convince her now!"

"Good."

"Get over it! She didn't mean any of that!"

"How do you know that she didn't meant any of that?!" I shouted back.

"Her mother was dying for god sakes! You out of all people should understand how it feels to lose someone you love!"

"Don't you dare refer back to her!"

"Why not?! Is it because you loved her too much? Is that because of that you got offended so easily at what Bethany said? Is that why you are a player? She left! It's time for you too move on!"

"Shut up! Don't you see I did move on!"

"With Bethany yes but not with Holly! You and I both know that you don't love Holly! She's just another distraction."

"Well what do you want me to do?!"

"Move on from Sofia, and go find Bethany!"

"I can't I have plans with Holly."

"Forget her!"

"You can't tell me how to feel."

"Your right I can't but I know how you feel! If you don't find Bethany right now your gonna lose her and regret it for a lifetime."

I glared at her for a good minute then went upstairs. I threw on a t shirt and some basketball shorts.

I walked downstairs and walked to the front door.

"Where are you going?!"

"Finding her."

"Hold on I'm coming with you."

Bethany's POV:
It started to get cold outside, but I didn't mind it. I've been at the lake for the past 2 hours just staring at it.

People often look at me like I'm crazy but I don't give a shit.

"Hello."

I looked up to see an boy about the age of 7.

I smiled at him and replied back with a hello.

"What are you doing here? It's really cold."

"Well I'm looking at the lake."

"Why? It doesn't look interesting."

"You might think that but I don't."

"Can I sit down?"

"Of course."

"What's your name?"

"I'm Bethany how about you?"

"I'm Luke."

"Well hello Luke. Where is your parents?"

"Sitting at the bench."

"Oh you just left them?"

"Yea."

"You should tell them, their going to get worried sweetie."

"But I wanna stay here."

"And why is that?"

"Because your fun."

"Am I now?"

"Yes. You remind me of my sister."

"Really? What happened to her?"

"She d died."

I felt my smile disappear as soon as he said that.

"Do you mind me asking how she died?"

"She got drunk with her boyfriend and they both got into a car crash."

"Oh I'm sorry for your loss."

"It's okay it was a long time ago."

"You should go back to your parents, their probably worried. You wouldn't want to get in trouble would you? It's not fun."

He smiled at me and got up.

"Bye Bethany."

"Bye Luke."

He was about to walk away but turned back around.

"Will I see you again?"

"Of course I'm always here."

"Okay see you Bethany!"

"Bye."

It felt nice to have someone to talk to even if it was a seven year old boy.

I heard some footsteps but I ignored it. It was probably some stranger.

"Bethany."
