I felt trapped. Locked up in a nothing but white room. There was no walls, it seemed like it went on forever...

Suddenly, I saw three figures that walked towards me. Their bodies were covered with a black cloak from head to toe. The white background outlined their black silhouettes.

"Who are you?, where am I?" I threw a bunch of questions at them once they come closer, yet they stayed mute. They stood still, in the formation of a triangle. One of the people slowly removed their hood that had been covering their face.

I was appalled at what the hood uncovered. It had a pale, sickly face, it was a male. His eyes were lifeless, they were all white, no pupils at all. His mouth was filled with razor sharp teeth, not all of them could fit in his mouth and he was completely bald.

."Mutant" he spoke this one and only word. The others repeated without removing their hoods.

"Mutant".

I awoke to the sound of birds chirping happily and Lore yelling at me to get up. The room I awoke in was made entirely out of wood with a few wool blankets and pillows. It wasn't that big but it could easily fit two people.

"Where are we going?" I asked Lore as I ran outside the cabin, she didn't answer me but Cliff heard my question.

"To learn about more beliefs" he answers me.

"Do all of the beliefs have some relevance to death?" I question.

"Pretty much" he laughed as we started walking into the forest. Again.

A bunch of people from the town came. The girls were probably there to make sure Cliff and I didn't bond. Even though I had slept last night, I felt the feeling of exhaustion. Lore walked beside me and started telling me funny stories that she had experienced. I kind of blocked off her voice. While walking I noticed many patches of dirt had gotten on my clean body, I tried to brush myself off but it was stained.

I noticed Pepper was staring at me critically. Probably an attempt to find other faults. I walked away from Lore and over to Pepper.

"I know this is a stupid question but why do you hate me?"I asked and she gave me a look of disdain.

"Well let's see...I hate your hair, I hate the color of your eyes, I hate your name, I hate that you're from the Story town, I hate your personality..." Pepper went on. "I hate that you have a likable vibe, I hate the fact that Cliff might...like you". She admits.

"I...I'm" I didn't know what to say, it's almost like she had given up.

Suddenly I heard a boom echo through the forest. I watched birds shriek and fly away in a panic to get away.

"What the Hell was that?" I heard Cliff whisper. I felt a bit frightened as I thought Cliff knew everything. We all stopped dead in our tracks.

"I'm scared, Cliff" a needy girl from the town whined, Pepper, Cliff and I all rolled our eyes.

Unanticipatedly, a long stick shot out of nowhere came and impaled the needy girls stomach. She gasped and moaned "help" as she ripped the spear out of her stomach. She soon fell on to the grass covered ground as she relinquished life.

"We should go now" I heard Lore suggest but when we heard another blast we all scurried for cover.

"Dalmar, last night I told you to go check behind the hill to see if it was a full moon....was it?" Cliff asked with a bit of frustration.

"Umm...yes" Dalmar said unsurinly, scared about what Cliff would do.

"Damn you Dalmar!" Cliff yelled with animosity. "Last night you told me it was NOT a full moon, you're gonna get us all killed".

"What happens after a full moon?" I question, Dalmar, Cliff, Lore and I were all squatted down behind a Bunch of dense trees.

"It's another belief, the people of the town believe that the full moon must be given sacrifices..." Cliff said but the word sacrifice just echoed in my mind. "So the day after the full moon, the people of the town go into the forest and kill anything that moves"

I stayed silent along with everyone else. I thought about how stupid Dalmar was for screwing us up.

"We gotta go, we're sitting ducks out here." Cliff demanded. "This sounds like an idiotic plan but we've got to go separate ways, they'll find us if we're all together."

No one was happy about this but it did make sense.

"We'll meet up back at our town... I promise it will be okay" Cliff tried to comfort us. I wasn't as scared because I had survived alone in the forest alone, but this time psychotic people are trying to kill me.

I had no clue which way I was going. The trees we all indistinguishable so I didn't know which way I had or hadn't went before. I wished I had eaten before we left as my stomach growled.

The sun peered in from the gap in the middle of two giant trees, it shone in my eyes blinding me.

All of a sudden, I heard a loud thud bounce off the ground. I twirled around only to see a boy around ten. He had black hair that came down to his chin and had a smile as big as a Scraper. He held a dagger in his hand and started to walk towards me.

"Creepy much" I mumbled yet he didn't seem hear. I started to walk backwards, away from the boy but soon he started to sprint towards me. When he was close enough, I swung my foot till it got in contact with his face. I watched as he fell to the ground and blood poured out of his nose but his dagger was gone.

I looked down at my leg and saw the blade had pierced through my skin causing it to gush dark, red blood. I noticed the boy was still agonized on the ground so I thought I could sit for a moment to tend for my leg.

I ripped the small knife out and placed it on the ground beside me. I gandered at the parted scap that was my skin and knew it was going to get infected. When I looked up, I alluded that the boy was gone and so was the knife.

"I know this is your belief, but please don't kill me" I pleaded even though I knew he wouldn't listen.

Suddenly, the boy jumped out from the trees and charged at me, knife in hand. I attempted to crawl away but my leg cried out in pain. I felt a slight jab in my stomach and realized he had stabbed me. I cried out again, wanting someone to come and save me but I knew no one would.

I felt weak as I couldn't hold myself up. Dizziness overcame me and I felt lightheaded. Everything seemed to move in slow motion and I felt like the pain would never end, but it did.

Everything ended.
