N.J.H.
"New things seem to be coming out of this whole stage of our lives," I mutter, loosening my tie as we both walk away from the party,
"I can't believe that happened," Harry seethes, "I mean, what a selfish pr--"
"Don't," I stop him, "I'm mad too, but is it really worth it to blow up on him?"
"Yes! It is!" He says, clearly infuriated, "Only he would do this!"
"Harry," I sigh, gripping his shoulders and softly undoing his tie, "look how much energy you waste on him..."
"It's not energy!" he argues with me, "It's--...energy. Oh my god it is energy."
"Exactly," I tell him, taking both of his hands, "I want you to promise me you won't do that anymore. And no, not presently promise. In this case, you have control over your future."
"...Okay fine fine..." he holds his arms out, "I presently promise."
"No," I giggle, "Promise!"
"Mmm...presently."
"No forever! I don't ever wanna hear or think about this guy again!"
"But I can't promise that then..." he groans, "he's a menace and I hate him."
"Happiness is the best revenge H," I remind him and he nods, quietly telling me that he promises to never mention him in my presence.
Once away from the wedding party and on the secluded area of the beach, he takes off his shoes and throws them in the ocean, bringing me abrupt surprise,
"What was that for?" I ask.
"Fuck those shoes," he tells me, "I hate them and the only reason why I wore them was because I knew that they were wedding appropriate. I'm never wearing them again so screw it."
"Damn it," I mumble, "Now I kinda wanna throw mine."
"Do it," he grins, "throw the shoes into the Jamaican sea. It's totally worth it."
"You just did it literally seconds ago babe. How would you know?"
"I felt in my veins," he says dramatically, picking me up by my legs and leaving me a laughing mess as he runs into the water, getting his nice wedding pants wet.
"We should just change and come back down," I mumble, "better than messing up our clothes here."
"Deal."

"I'm thinking about becoming a professional kick-boxer..."
We had changed, grabbed towels from the pool guys and ran to the beach before they could yell at us about them not being for the beach. We only had one more day here, and all of our fucks to give were out the window.
"Ultimate fighting? Harry..."
"It's the only thing I really want to do right now. I think I can do it too; you saw me out there with Zayn, didn't you? He'd been training longer than me and I somehow beat him 6 times out of ten."
"Yeah but..." I sigh, rubbing my forehead, "that's one fight. Imagine ten, twenty, maybe even big leagues? Harry I don't want you getting hurt..."
"No it'll be fine..."
"But Harry..."
"Babe trust me, you can sit at home or come to my matches, it would be--"
"Harry I want kids." I blurt it out, relieved and yet petrified all at the same time. He stops talking and looks at me, though he can barely see me in the darkness of the night,
