I look out at the sunset as I sipped on my icy cold water before taking a bite out of my sandwich as the pinkish orange sun peaks over the horizon. I look at Laurent who was too occupied with his phone to notice. Then I glanced at Larry who was doing the same. I rolled my eyes and checked the time to see that it was around six in the evening, but it was still extremely hot.
I rise up from the table grabbing my purse and wiping my mouth causing the twins to finally look up at me with puzzled looks. I slid on my sunglasses before giving them a small smile.
"Where you going?" Laurent asked sitting up straight.
"Nunya business." I say walking off. "Go back to looking at your beloved phone."
A smirk pulled at my lips as I heard him quickly hop up to his feet catching up to me me. I knew he wouldn't just let me roam the city by myself. I mean I've been here before, but I don't know the city like he does. I'm pretty sure I could manage getting around on my own, but the company would be nice.
I finally made it up to my room, which is conjoined with the twins'. I set down my purse and turned around seeing him looking through my sketchbook that was laying on the nightstand. I tuck stray strands of hair behind my ears shifting my weight onto one foot crossing my arms.
"Can I help you, sir?" I smirked walking up to him as he flipped through the pages examining my sketches.
He then flipped to one page and stopped to study it. It was just a drawing of him I did on the plane while he was sleeping. He looked at peace and relaxed, I just had to draw that little moment of pure relaxation. Something that neither of us hardly get to do living the type of life that we do, but least it'll pay off in the long run.
"How long it take you to do this?" He asks looking up at me.
"Maybe an hour or so." I shrugged my shoulders sitting down next to him.
"It look so... Real." He says as his fingers ran over it. "I not know you draw this good."
"There's a lot of things you don't know about me." I smiled looking at him.
"And soon I find out those things, right?" He says inching his face towards mine.
"Maybe you will... Maybe you won't." I challenged raising an eyebrow.
"I will." He said against my lips.
"Hmph... We'll see." I smirked as he did the same.
I stood up to go grab my camera bag. I wanted to take a few shots and see how good my skills were compared to my little sister's. She's into photography and is currently an intern for one of her idol photographers at this modeling company in New York.
But the feeling of arms pulling me back hindered me from reaching my camera and made me sit on his lap. He wraps his arms around my waist and kisses the nape of my neck before laying his forehead on my back.
"You smell so good." He says as giggled.
"Really..." I turned my head "You did all of that to tell me I smell good." I laughed.
"Oui." He cheesed
I sucked my teeth "I thought you were tryna start a make out session" I stood up "But I guess not." I smirked shrugging my shoulders making my way towards my luggage.
