I wiped the stray tears that had made their way half way down my cheek for the hundredth time today as I gripped my steering wheel in route to the one woman that has always had my back since the day I was born. I've been a crying mess for the last few weeks and I can't take it anymore. I needed some words of wisdom from someone who has been through hardships like this many times before.

I pulled up to her driveway and carefully got out before going up to the front door and unlocking it. I set my keys down on the table near the front door and quietly closed it before walking further into the house. I quietly walked further into the house and went towards the living room to see her sitting in the screened in patio area sipping on a cup of tea looking down at something.

"Hey, ma..." I said walking around the couch with open arms ready to hug her but I heard her sniffle a little.

I stopped confused as to what is was that she was looking at. She wipes her eyes and looks up at me with a small smile. I furrow my eyebrows asking her what was wrong but she quickly brings me into a hug.

"Ma, what happened? Why are you crying?" I asked pulling away looking her in her glazed hazel eyes.

"Why didn't you tell me, hun?" She asked holding the sides of my face

"Tell you what?" I asked confused as to what she was taking about.

She shows me the little picture of the ultrasound I got a few days ago. I was confused as to how she got a copy when there were only two. One for me and one for Lau, who was currently in Paris for a photoshoot with ElevenParis. I had to find that inforamation out through LaMia. Laurent and I haven't been on speaking terms since the break. Were not exactly broken up, but more as in we are avoiding each other's presence.

"My baby's pregnant." She smiles teary eyed.

I couldn't help but smile at how happy she is about my pregnancy. It seems as though everyone I've told is happy for me...but me. And I'm the one who is carrying the babies.

Yes, you heard right. I'm having twins. Hooray! Hint the sarcasm.

I've only been carrying these twins for 2 months and it is absolutely not a joke.

"When were you gonna tell me this news, huh? The day my grandbabies are born?" She joked and I find myself laughing which I haven't been doing a lot of since I found out that there was not only having one but two babies growing inside of me.

"Ma, I just...I'm just really stressed out right now." I dropped my head as my vision began to get foggy.

"I know, hun." She rubs my back as I laid my head on her shoulder. "I wasn't the happiest either when I found out I was pregnant with either of you. Your father and I weren't getting along that much at the time and he wasn't the most faithful man either. But I knew that he loved me because at the end of the day I was the one wearing the ring. I was the one who he came back to at the end of the day. And I was also the one who had his bank account info." She chuckled to herself. "So you two have to learn how to trust one another. Don't let all this foolishness y'all got nowadays ruin such a beautiful relationship." She brushes stray strands of hair behind my ear with a sad smile before she brought me into another hug.

I then pulled away and asked her how she got the picture. She shrugs her shoulder innocently before we heard rattling coming from the kitchen. She then stands up and investigates the kitchen as I stayed seated on the couch listening.
