"So you mean to say that he wants you to come to Abu Dhabi and bought you a ticket to Abu Dhabi...and is paying your way for everything." LaMia restated my exact words making sure she heard me right.
This bitch....smh
We were currently sitting around an empty suitcase in the middle of my walk in closet. I was still debating on whether I should go or not.
"Yes, Mia..." I face palm myself annoyed by the fact that she keeps on saying the same thing but rephrasing it.
"He's paying your way....?" She clarifies once again. "In... Abu Dhabi."
"Oh my god." I groan rolling my eyes "Yes, LaMia Moné Williams. He is paying for every-motherfuckin'- thing. And that's the reason why I don't wanna go. Everything over there is expensive as Hell. I don't want him spending loads of his hard earned on me when I have my own money to spend."
One thing my father always said to me was to "never rely on a nigga for shit". Those being his exact words. And I have been living by those words since I was young child.
"Then just tell him that.-"
"You know Lau is stubborn as a goat. It's like talking to a brick wall trying to deal with him." I shake my head
"Damn...You right... Well I don't know what to tell you. If it were me, I would happily skip my ass on to that plane and have the time of my life." She says and I giggle at how true she was.
****
I exit the plane with my headphones on blast absolutely ignoring the outside world. I am completely jet lagged and my journey isn't even half way over yet. I literally just left New York 2 day ago and now I'm back to meet up with the twins before heading out to Abu Dhabi. All I wanted to do was sleep, which is hard to get a lot of when there's a bad ass little kid kicking your seat every five minutes. I literally turned all the way around in my seat and death glared at him and his mother for the longest. She had the nerve to look at me as if I were in the wrong for turning around and addressing her son's behavior. My patience was running low which means my temper is getting really short.
