Chapter 3: Frenemies

"This is Gerald Christian Montero" he pointed the boy in front of Alexander

"This is Yosef Max Lindolin" the boy next to Gerald

"This is Xian Paul Gertude" the boy next to Yosef

"This is Janeo Lin Madrigal" the boy sitting next to Alexander

"This is Alexander Jeicke Corpuz" he pointed the boy beside him

I didn't say anything all I did was look at them as if I was thinking very hard about something

I know!! I saw that boys with the Elevator boy..

That is why they all look Familiar ..

"She's your friend?" Asked Gerald

"Yes, why?"

"Ugly" he said and he smirk in an insulting way

"Hey! She is my friend! Respect her please!!" Raff said in a mad tone of voice

"Hi Ly" Alexander said

"Ly is not my name" I said "call me mike" I quickly add

"Why Ly Xander?" Ask Raff

Instead of answering He just gave Raffael a you-don't-care look

They continue talking about their Summer Vacation. They ask me some questions and I answer it

"Excuse me Guys, I will just buy some snacks" Rafael said as he leave me with Alexander and company.

"So Ly, how did you and Rafael met?" Asked Alexander

"How many times I have to told you that Ly is not my name!!" I shouted

"Lower your voice!!" Said Gerald

"Why are you calling her Ly Xander?" Ask Xian

"Short for Ugly" Answered Alexander

The boys laugh and I suddenly feel embarrass

"you better look in the mirror! Your ugly too!!" I lied while hiding the embarrassment that I feel

Alexander move his head closer to my face and say "do you really think I'm Ugly?"

He pouted his lower lips, ugh!! .. How can I tell him his ugly when he really look so handsome when innocent

Some of Alexander's friends call me Ly.

Ugh!! It really bothers me.. Of course even if its true! I'm still a human! I have a feelings and I get hurt too!!

It really makes my self confident lower!!

I saw Rafael walking with a 2 soda in a plastic bag on one hand and a 2 hotdog sandwich on the other hand

He sat beside me and handed me the soda and the hotdog sandwich

"Oh! So thoughtful of you!" I said while getting the food he's giving me

"It's nothing!" He said back.

After the longest 1hour of my life, The bell rings.

We headed towards the GLY building and form a line and we go to our next class. Our next subject os hele good thing Raff and I were classmate. We sat on the front, we listen to our teacher as she discuss our lesson.

After the classes, its our lunch break so I headed towards the canteen. I saw Elavator boy and company in one of the table, I thought Raff was there but he wasn't, I look for him in other table and I finally saw Rafael alone, He's reading something in his Ipad, I sat beside him

"Why are you alone Raff?"

"Xander and my other friends have something important to do" he said while his eyes still on his IPad

I look at him for a long period of time, they don't have something important to do they just don't want to hang out with Raff knowing I'm in the group. I don't want to tell Raff in what I saw a while ago.

"I guess they just don't like me! I'm sorry Raff" I said in a low and sad tone of voice still looking at him

He turn to face me and he's a little bit closer to me

"No, no don't be sorry! You didn't do anything!" He said while rubbing his hands on my arms up and down

His hands felt so soft and comforting that I don't want him to stop!

I have a packed lunch so I don't have to buy, Rafael excuse for a while to buy his lunch, after a minute, I saw him carrying his lunch tray and walking towards our table, he sat beside me.

When the lunch break is over, Raff and I go to our respective classes. I use an Elevator because My next subject is on the 6th floor.

I entered the room and there was no one there, I sit on the chair beside the book shelf.

The moment I sat on my chair that was the time Alexander and his friends and Jessica and Yasmine decided to make an appearance.

Alexander was leaning against the door with his arms crossed looking very mad while Jessica and her friends was in front looking mad too.

"Why? What is your problem?" I asked them

"Our problem is you!" Jessica said in a angry tone of voice

"My problem is your face!!!" Shouts Alexander

I looked at them in a suspicious eye

Suddenly Jessica slapped me, I will slap her back but Yosef grip my hand

"Fuck you Jessica!!" I said in a angry tone of voice

Jessica slap me again and this time she slap me so hard

"You know what your face is really insulting!!" Alexander said

"Hey, why are you all like that? I didn't do anything to you then your like that?" I said

"Really? You didn't do anything?" Alexander said sounding sarcastic. I frowned not comprehending what he meant.

He rolled his eyes continuing his words. " you stole Rafael from us!" He scowl at me.

"You have to understand that he have his own friends, your not the only person who can be friends with Raff." I explained but they didn't mind my explanation. They are so selfish, they only want Rafael for themselves.
