Chapter 16: Josh's clone??


"Jazzel" he shook his hands in my hands And I smiled at him.


"I have to go bye, Jazzel" I said as I made my way.





Jazzle's POV


"Phew! Dismissal time!" I said as I wipe the sweat on my forehead with the back of my hand.


I go to the corner of the hallway, I wasn't blocking the way but since its dismissal only a few students passed by. While I was in a midst of my reviewing my lesson, a voice cried out.


"Whoa.. Whoa.. What's with this pretending thingy!! Huh? Josh?" I snapped my head towards the source and to find out its Ava. Josh tells a lot about her.


"What?" I said, bewildered, knitting my eye brow gesturing her that I don't know what She was saying.


"I said, what's with you? Why are you pretending to be someone your not?" She ask with her arms crossed. Josh was right, she is cute.


"Pretending? What are you saying? Miss?" I said as if I don't know what She was talking about. She look at me warily.


" By the way, What's your name?" she ask as She took her hands out for me.


"Jazzle" I said and shook hands with her


"I have to go bye jazzle." She said. She was a nice person.


After reviewing my notes I go downstairs. I sense a presence following me, I look around to find out nothing. I continue walking towards Josh's car.


"Hey, bro. Here's your allowance for this month." He said as he give me the money.


"Thanks, I gotta go." I said and turn my back at him when I remember Ava that made me face josh again


"Ow, bro. That Ava girl." I said


"Yeah. What about her?" He seems interested


"She talk to me earlier because she thought I was you." I said tapping my shoes on the floor waiting for his answer.


"She doesn't know I have a twin." He answered nonchalantly


"Oh. I see, I gotta go" I said and darted away.


I made my way to the bookstore because I ran out of Paper books It's a perfect timing for I just got my allowance a while ago and I don't like reading in my IPad for the reason that if the battery got low I need to charge it and I can't use it when it is in charging mode.


I pick three books of my favorite author, Nicholas Sparks. I went home



Micheaealla's POV

I lied when I say goodbye to Jazzle. I hide somewhere else but I keep track of him using my eyes. I followed him in the place where he would go.


He meet Josh at the parking lot and handed him a money, they were talking but since I'm too far I didn't hear what they were talking about and I don't care. All I care was I was right that he was really a clone of Josh. After I confirmed I went back home.


I lay down on my bed as I close my eyes and quickly fell in dream land.




"No! Stop it! Stop it!" I shouted. Jazzle and Josh kept throwing punches to each other. Tears falling down from my eyes. I didn't know what to do.


"Stop it!! You both fucking stop it." I shouted in between sobs.


Jazzle take me into a private beach. It's so beautiful here. Fresh air and fresh waters are so relaxing. When Josh popped out and jabbed Jazzle in the face.




I woke up from a nightmare. I pressed my phone and look at the time it's 3:00 am. I got up from my bed and sit on my study chair and leaned down on my study table. I sit straight and write down something. It's so confusing! What was that? I dreamt of Josh and Jazzle? What are they? I go to the bathroom and take a bath.


When I'm all set for school I look at the time. 3:30am. I stayed till 6:00 am and go a head. I was in the canteen scanning my notes.


"Excuse me? Is this seat taken?" A familiar voice cried out. I look at him and it was Jazzle.


"Hi Ava." He said waving his hands up to me. I smiled at him and shook my head.


"No!" I answered. He sat on the chair in front of me and took out his notebook. I think this is the time to ask him.


"Uhmm.. Jazzle..." I said.


"Yeah?" He said not looking at me.


"What are you?" I ask.


"Human." He said sarcastically while chuckling. I frowned at him.


"I mean, what are you in Josh's life? His clone?" I said. He look at me as if I'm insane and later on, he started laughing.


"What's so funny?" I ask frowning with arms crossed. He ceased his laughter.


"Clone? What makes you think that I'm his clone?"


"Uhmm.. I just thought." I said unsure.


"I'm Josh's twin bro." He said.


"Really? Your different. I mean universal different from each other." I said.


He laugh. "I know right! But it's not because we are brothers we are intended to be the same. Yes sometimes we have something in common, we share the same insterest but still we are a different person from each other." He stated not breaking eye contact.


"Yeah. Your right! No two persons are alike." I agree.


"I think we will be a good partners." He said.


"Well, I think so." I end it with a laugh.


Jazzle was the good version of Josh. He's smart, he respect girls, he's friendly and funny.


"Are we friends?" He ask.


I shrugged. "I think so."


"I like you!" Jazzle said. Micheaella smiled at him.


"Even me! I'm liking you. your fun to be with." I said. At lunch, Rafael and I ate together.


"I will court you weather you like it or not." he broke the silence. I almost choke in the food I'm eating.


"Raff, I just wanna be your friend." I said. he hold my hand and the tingle, over back flipping of my stomach, and the shivers was gone it was like the ordinary, all I feel before was infatuation. I get my hand from his hold and place it on my lap.


"Why can't you just be contented in the relationship that I can offer. let's just be friends." I stated.


"I would never give up!" he insist.
