I wrote this one because of the giant like 3 hour anxiety attack I've been having.

I hit you suddenly. Like running into a brick wall and suddenly it was like all the air in your body was gone. But you've felt this before so you do what you always do. Breath in for 4 beats hold for 8 breath out for 7. But it wasn't working, so you began to panic.

Having Anxiety Attacks were pretty regular for you. Pretty much daily if not every other day, but right now seem to be different. It was worse then the others. You head was feeling heavy, you were shaking and finding it hard to speak without stuttering, you kept going back and forth between too hot and too cold. You scratched at your hand creating marks on your skin.

White noise, loud white noise buzzed in your ears. You put your hands to your head and whimpered trying to block out the noise. It was so loud and awful. You try to hold back the tears and slowly rock back and forth. No one was there to help you. No one was answering your pleas for help.

Then someones hand rubbed on your back. Making small circles as the person took you into their lap and hugged you tightly. With their other hand they took your hand preventing you from hurting yourself anymore.

Their voice broke through the white noise.

"(Y/N), just breath.You're okay."

You couldn't tell who it was but you tried to steady your breath. You closed your eyes and tried to think. Trying to concentrate on breathing. Like the voice was saying.

"Just breath, darling." The voice said again, the white noise was getting quieter and you started to breath normally again. You opened your eyes slowly and looked up. You couldn't quite make out who was holding you, all you could see was a smile.

"In and out, just like that, just breath."

Your temperature steadied and your head cleared. After a another 15 minutes you were back at home, sitting on your couch, just like nothing had happened.

You let out a sigh of relief  and lean onto the person.

"There you go." His voice said. You smile softly when you finally recognized the voice. He leaned down and kissed your forehead softly.

"Thanks Pete." You whisper out.

He smiled his famous Cheshire cat smile and held you tightly against his body.

"Anytime, (Y/N), anytime."
