Granger to Riddle

"KAT!!!!!!! IT'S SNOWING!!!" I wake to Sassy screaming in my ear. I roll over and state out the window. Sure enough a thick white blanket has covered Hogwarts and light fluffy flakes are coming down in what looks to be a blizzard. I smile. Perfect.
I look over at Sassy. "Saturday morning snowball fight?" I ask.
She smiles devilishly.
  "You're on." She says whipping her hair over her. I quickly change and run downstairs to find Draco and Sassy waiting for me. I also see Peter Ashe. Sassy's boyfriend.
   "Hey Peter!" I say. "Girls against boys?" I ask.
     "Hmm, nah me and Peter against you two." Sassy says looping her arm with Peter's. I grab Draco's arm and we rush outside into the winter wonderland. I spin and promptly fall on my butt. Draco bursts out laughing. I blush red and retaliate by throwing an armful of snow at him.
   "Hey!" He says wiping it off. Suddenly I feel a snowball on back. I turn around to see Sassy standing a couple feet away, Peter making snowballs nearby.
    "Oh you're on!" I cry and hide behind a giant pine tree with Draco. I stare up into the beckoning branches an idea blossoming into my mind.
    "Draco, nobody said magic isn't allowed right?" I smile at the possibilities.
    "I guess not." Draco says, looking a little worried at what I might do. I start making snowball after snowball until I've gotten a giant pile. I give half to Draco and tell him to go out and start throwing them. Meanwhile I scurry up the tree and find a comfy branch to sit on.
   "Hahhhh!" I watch as Sassy & Peter  start to pelt Draco with snowballs. I wait until the right second and then I use my magic to levitate a snowball up to me. I then throw it landing it right on Sassy's head.
    "Ahhhhh!!" She screeches as cold wet snow begins to melt down her face. I laugh as her makeup starts to wash off luohand mix with the snow. I shake my head at her. You should always wear waterproof makeup to everything. Never know when you might get wet.
    While Sassy uses her scarf to dry off Peter searches for me, and the source of the sky snowball.
    I stare at him until our eyes finally meet. I give him a little smile and wave and I back into the branches until I know I'm hidden. I never lose at snowball fights.
    I quickly leap over to the neighboring pine tree (taking gymnastics when you're little really DOES come in handy) (and the super powerful Voldemort's daughter helps) and levitate a bunch of snowballs up. I immediately start to pelt Peter and Sassy.
    "Kaaattttt!!!! Where is sheeee?!!!" Sassy wails, become soaked from all the snow she's been hit with. Peter points to where I was. It's too late though, I've already leaped to the best tree.
    After a couple more minutes, Sassy sits on the frozen ground looking extremely annoyed.
    "I'm really cold!" She says and Peter hugs her. I smile and levitate a couple last snowballs their way. Instead of hitting them though I use them to spell out TRUCE? in the ground near them.
    "Yesss!!!!! Kat I give up!" Sassy cries. I quickly climb down the tree and leap out in front of them.
    "I never lose at snowball fights." I said smiling. "Now let's go inside and have some hot chocolate."
    "That was fun!" Peter said. "Wish I was a wizard."
   "I'm glad you're not, you're perfect the way you are." Sassy says leaning into him.
    "You guys go ahead, there's something I want to do." Draco says letting Sassy & Peter go ahead but keeps my hand clasped in him. And then in the swirling white snow coming down he kisses me. Out of all our kisses I'd have to say that one was pretty darn perfect. A perfect end to a perfect day.
