Chapter 8 Sasuke's Weird Jealousy

"Seriously? How the fuck can he pull something like that! Stupid, stupid--" Sasuke paced back and forth. He was so mad at Naruto that he couldn't put his finger on it. He didn't know why he felt so mad.

"She's not even Naruto's type! Like seriously? She's from the Sand and a lot more mature than Naruto. I don't even remember her fucking name!" Sasuke said aloud. He didn't realize he was talking to himself. Why was he mad? He also felt a stab of something from the inside of his body.

"Everything is going so good with Naruto. Yet things keep happening to me? Like when I freaked out that one time." Sasuke said to himself. He thought maybe if he started dating Ino things would change. Then Naruto would get jealous and break up with the girl he was with. Yes thats what he should do.

Sasuke ran out of the room and decided to find Ino. He wanted to ask her if she was up for it. He looked outside to the crowd that was sitting in a circle. Maybe Ino was among those people. Sasuke thought he should go and look. He took the closest exit to where the group was near. He looked more closely before going any nearer. He seen a girl with a long ponytail resembling Ino's hair. It looked like Ino and he heard the shrill of a loud voice so it must be her. Sasuke felt like rushing behind her and glomping her so that they would both be on the ground. Yet he also felt like walking up to her and tapping on her. Wait, is that ninja putting his arm around her! Sasuke stomped over to her.

"Ino!" Sasuke growled.

She turned around, and quickly moved away from the guy who was putting his arm around her. "Sasuke, what a pleasure meeting you here."

Sasuke raised an eyebrow, "Really? Is that how you greet me." Sasuke turned around and walked away.

"Wait! Sasuke!" Ino got up and started for Sasuke. The ninja next to her tried to stop her, but she pushed him away.

Sasuke ignored her and kept walking.

"Sasuke, I didn't mean to greet you that way. I'm sorry."

"Who was that guy anyway?!" Sasuke didn't look at her he kept walking and glaring at the people in front of him. Especially his fangirls. They had a look on their face saying, Why is Sasuke looking at me like that?

"Sasuke what's your problem we were only being friendly." Ino followed Sasuke like a lovesick puppy.

"The way he was all over you didn't seem very friendly." Sasuke growled.

Ino blinked twice, "Could it be that Sasuke-kun is jealous to see other guys falling for me?"

"Why of course...your the closest girl I've ever gotten to." Sasuke had to think of his words. He didn't care if they made sense or not. The other thing he didn't know if he was lying to her or not.

"Oh Sasuke." Ino wrapped her arms around him from behind, just like all the other times when Sakura would do that to him, but this time it was Ino doing it.

"Ino I have to ask you.." Sasuke whispered.

"What is it Sasuke?"

"I want you to be-" Sasuke paused.

"Be your what?" Ino leaned forward so she was breathing on his neck. He felt shivers run down his back.

"My girlfriend..." He felt really awkward saying those words. It was his very first time saying them. To anyone.

"Sasuke! You know I would!" Ino hugged him even more tightly.

"Hmph." Sasuke smirked.

"Does that mean we can finally hold hands in front of everyone?"

"Y-yeah..." Sasuke responded with strain in his voice.

"Okay!" Ino grabbed his hand. "Let's walk around!" Ino insisted.

"Alright." Sasuke rolled his eyes making sure Ino didn't see. He wasn't really sure if he wanted to do this but he had no choice. He wanted to show Naruto....show Naruto what? He wasn't sure exactly..

-Later-

"Sasuke where have you been. I was looking all over the place for ya." Naruto screeched. His voice sometimes turned scratchy which was really annoying.

"I've been with someone." Sasuke was wanting to pretend like he was happy with Ino.

"Like who? Sakura?" Naruto asked questions.

"No. Guess again idiot."

"A random kuniochi?"

Sasuke face-palmed. Everyone knew he went out with Ino on a date. Why wouldn't he guess her first? Maybe the fact that he went out with her is still registering as impossible in Naruto's mind. "It's Ino you loser."

"Ohhh, you two going out or something?"

"Yes, yeah we are." Sasuke felt proud to say that. Even a cloud washed over Naruto's face which made Sasuke even more excited.

"Oh, well thats nice. Good for you buddy." Naruto's voice dropped from shrilly to quiet.

Sasuke smirked. "Thanks."

"I've got to go meet Temari see you later." Naruto quickly changed the subject and waved to Sasuke.

Sasuke crossed his arms. Seriously? After all the victory Sasuke was getting Naruto brings up that bitch! Sasuke felt a stab of something against his heart.
