Chapter 22• He's not Riley

•Ally's Pov•

"Thank you, thank you, thank you" Maddy praised as she started to walk out the door. After her shower she made sure she washed out the purple hair dye, probably to impress Riley.

"Have fun on your date" I called from behind her, leaning against the cold door frame.

"Who said it's a date? Riley might be a girl" she said walking backwards to look at me as she talked, then turning back around and disappearing into the elevator.

'Riley might be a girl' might? No, if I know Maddy like I think I do, Riley is definitely a boy, and she's going on a date with him. Aww this is so cute, Shawn pretending to be Riley so they can go on their second date.

"Now for me to get changed" I spoke to myself. If anyone saw me in the hallway wearing my Pyjamas, then they probably would think I'm a hobo.

"We all ready?" Taylor asked as we all stood around the elevator, making sure no man gets left behind. Everyone nodded. "Let's go then"

"Hey gorgeous" Carter said standing beside me in the elevator. I smiled at him in response. This would be so cute if I wasn't being squashed in an elevator with eleven guys.

I looked around the elevator to see everyone squashed as well making sour faces.

"Move over Hayes" Nash whined pushing him towards the other side, which caused him to collide with Cameron. Cameron just chuckled and mumbled something about 'brotherly love'.

My eyes scanned the elevator and saw Matt glaring at something. My eyes followed Matt's glare which led to Shawn. Shawn was happily standing in the corner with a smirk on his face, not even noticing Matt's death stare.

Wait, Shawn? Why's Shawn here? He supposed to be on his date with Maddy, pretending to be Riley.

As the elevator doors opened I walked towards Shawn, pulling him behind as the others kept walking , unaware of us stopping.

"Oh hey Ally" Shawn asked grinning as I let go of his shirt.

"What are you doing?" I snapped. If he stood
Up my sister and is doing this to play with her heart, he's dead. Jack, Jack and Sam aren't the only protective people for Maddy.

"Umm going to the park like everyone else" he stated simply.

"Umm get your act together, Riley" I said smirking. I expected his eyes to widen as I revealed his identity, but he just looked confused.

"Who's Riley?" He asked in utter confusion.

"You?" I sort of asked slightly confused.

"Um no I'm Shawn" he stated in a 'duh' voice.

"I'm not dumb I know your shawn" I said giving him a glare.

"Then why did you call me Riley?" He asked coldly. Either he's a really good actor or he's not Riley.

Deciding that Shawn doesn't know who Riley is I felt a pang of guilt. I just told Shawn about the person Maddy is going on a date with, when I was supposed to not say anything.
But wait, who is Riley then?

"I don't know why I called you Riley I got mixed up with names. Anyway the guys are pretty far ahead of us let's go" I said quickly walking off embarrassed. I nearly shared Maddy's secret. He looked at me with disbelief before jogging to my side and walking.
