•Maddy's Pov•

My eyes fluttered open as I woke, I gripped the bed sheets as I looked around. Strangely, the bed sheets groaned. Hmm I didn't know bed sheets groaned.

I slowly turned around noticing Gilinsky groaning as he stared at his shirt, which I had balled up in my hand, and let's just say I was gripping his shirt tightly. I smiled at him innocently as he flicked his eyes from his shirt to me. I let his shirt go, patting it twice before looking back at him. He was watching me confused and wearily.

"Haha sorry Jack" I said whispering innocently.

"Whatever Madeline, why'd you wake me up? Oh and why'd you grab my shirt, I must say your grip is very strong. Wait that's what she said!" He said laughing at his own joke, and speaking in his sleepy voice.

"Your not supposed to say that's what she said at your own words" I replied giving him the 'your an idiot' look which he just laughed at.

"Yeah well I'm Jack Gilinsky and I can do what I want" he said posing and trying to look cool.

"Yeah well I'm Madeline Johnson and I need to get changed" I said hopping out of bed, just as I did my foot got caught in the bed sheet, tripping me over. I fell face first to the floor. I checked Sam and Johnson to see if the noise I made woke them up, surprisingly it didn't.

I heard a breath get let out and I turned to see Gilinsky struggling to breathe, because he was laughing of course.

" y-you tr-tripped over" Gilinsky said in between laughs.

"Oh come on it wasn't that funny" I said as he continued to laugh at me.

"Y-yes it I-is, y-you should've s-seen your face" he said still laughing.

"Whatever, I'm going over to Matt's and Carter's because I need to get changed" I announced walking off.

"O-okay" he laughed.

Carefully I opened the room door, making sure it didn't make a sound. You know what, screw it, if me falling over and Gilinsky laughing like a hyena didn't wake them, I'm sure a door won't. I opened the door, closing it behind me.

Well it didn't even make a loud noise anyway. I walked across the hall and knocked on Matt and Carter's door.

"Carter get the door" I heard a muffled voice say.

"No you get it" A voice replied.

"Nope, you" Matt replied.

"Nah, you" Carter responded.

"Nah, you"

"Can someone please just get the door?" I said rolling my eyes.

"Oh it's Maddy, I'll get the door" Carter said.

"No I'll get the door" Matt argued.

"I will!" Carter argued back.

"Not if I get it first" Matt responded and I heard a big thud and footsteps, then another big thud.

The boys sounded as if they were wrestling each other, so I huffed and crossed my arms, waiting for them.

"Urghhhhhh" someone groaned, then the door opened revealing Carter standing there with a smile on his face. As I walked in I noticed Matt on the floor clutching his stomach.

"See, I said I'd get the door" Carter said smiling, as Matt flipped him off.

"What did you do to him?" I asked.

"Punched him in the gut" Carter smiled jumping back onto his bed and pulling his phone off the charger.

"Oh" I said absently.

"It's alright Maddy, your boyfriend is tough, he can handle it" Carter said standing up again and patting my shoulder.

I was about to say 'he's not my boyfriend' when I decided against it, knowing Carter he wouldn't listen.

"So what do you need?" Carter asked, and I watched Matt slowly pick himself up of the floor.

"My stuff " I said in a 'duh' voice. "And this is my new room now so...of course I'm going to come here"

"What happened to 'Maddy will be staying in our room now' ?" Matt said sarcastically mimicking someone under his breath.

"Wait what'd you say Matt?" I asked.

"Nothing don't worry, but I thought you decided to be with your brother, Sam and Gilinsky?" Matt asked.

"But I thought you guys said I could stay here, wait what?" I asked confused as ever.

"Just nevermind, so your definitely staying here from now on?" Matt asked watching me.

"Uhh yes" I said quietly "I mean only if it's okay with you guys. If not I can just go in the room with Jack and stuff"

"No it's fine don't be silly" Carter said piping up in the conversation.

"Okay thank you guys"

"All good"

"So you guys have another event today?" I asked walking towards my bags.

"Uh actually I think they've postponed because they've got the hotel to try and get security barricades so what happened yesterday doesn't happen again" Carter answered.

"I understand why.."

"Well anyways guys I'm gonna have a quick shower then get changed, so see you on the other side" I said waving as I closed the bathroom door and locked it behind me.
