Hunter: Present Day
Ned and another Tec-Hunter came and took Alex's body out, and cleaned up the blood while I went out hunting for another wolf. I decided to walk and look. I really want to find the she wolf that got away from me, but I don't know if I'll find her.
I stop in front of the Blue Moon Bar and smile when I see a new bouncer. I get in line and smile at him, flashing my I.D. It's a new one, I'm not that Lucy chick like before, I'm Jackie Monroe from the nest city over. The guy let's me in, and I go to the bar where there's a woman bartender.
"What's your drink?" She asks. I can tell she's human. Her eyes aren't reflecting the lights, and her movement are total human. "You look like a water girl." I smile.
"Yea. But I figured I'd try something else. How about...Vodka?" I smile.
"That's pretty strong straight up."
"I know." I smile. "I love vodka straight up. Drank it back home all the time." She looks skeptical as she pours me some then hands it to me. "Thanks."
I take a drink then turn and look around. The club is filled with wolves, and I look for one I think will be easy to separate and take down so I can torture them. Then I see her. The she wolf that got away. I smile and get up, taking my Vodka with me as I walk towards her. I act like I trip and spill the drink on her. She makes fists with her hands then turns and looks at me. I see her eyes flash yellow.
"Whatch where your going." She says. "Now get out of my site before I decide to lose my temper."
She turns back to the guy she's with and starts wiping her shirt with a paper towel she snatched. I frown and walk away with my empty cup. I was hoping she'd go to the bathroom so I could knock her out. But it doesn't happen. Then I feel a hand on my shoulder and turn. It's the guy she was with. He was angry.
"Listen," he says. "you better apologize to her."
His nose flares and his eyes flash.
"Is there a problem?" I ask.
"No, just get out before I get Lenny."
He turns and whispers something in the girl's ear. Her eyes widen and she looks at me, sizing me up then starts to head over to me, but the guy stops her and shakes his head. She says something to him, and he replies. I decide to turn and walk out the front door and going across the street. I stand in the alley, waiting. She comes out, fuming mad with the guy in tow. She turns and talks to the bouncer, he shakes his head and she frowns. She looks around and then her eyes lock on me. She frowns and starts heading over. I pull my knife, cleaned from it's last use and wait. She storms over, the guy in tow. I frown, not liking the odds of taking on two wolves at once.
"You" She growls. "you dare hunt on my territory!?" She snarls, the guy holds her back. "We haven't done anything and you've killed two of my family!" Her eyes go yellow and her claws grow out. "You little bitch!"
"Stop, she won't attack here." The guy says. I grip the knife handle. "There's people watching us, she won't attack." He looks at me. "We have your picture now, Lenny or anyone who works here won't let you in. If you come close to this place again, we'll get the cops. Now leave."
"I'm shocked your so civil." Then I step back, walking backwards not letting my back be to them. When I know I'm safe, I run and call Ned to pick me up.
Roxy: Present Day
I watch the Hunter walk away, watching us. She doesn't know I'm the Alpha yet, but I know she killed Derek and has Alex. But then, if she's out here, he's dead too. I clench my fists and face Hue.
"Why did you stop me!? Now she's gone! She's killed two of my family! MY family!" I pull my arm away and push past him. "I want you to leave the city."
"W-what?" Hue sounds shock. I face him. "Ro-"
"Leave!" I yell at him. He backs up, lifting his hands in surrender. "Now."
"If that's what you want..." I see tears. "I'll be back at your place..."
He disappears around the corner, and I head back go the bar and post the Hunter's photo behind the bar on the bulletin board that shows who shouldn't be in the bar. I go in the back room and punch the punching bag we have in there, then kick it. I take out all of my anger on the bag. I take out the extra picture and memerize her face.
"Your dead." I tear the picture up then look in the mirror. "And I'll be the one who kills you."
