Chapter Seven-Saving Hue and Myself

Hunter: Present Day

I hear the car and know who's here without even having to check the cameras.

"Shit." I walk into the front office that has the only entrance. "What the hell are you doing here, Rob?"

I ask looking at my brother Robert. He looked good, and I could see faint scars from battling werewolves over the years on him. I cross my arms and watch him take in the warehouse. He's always judging me, and I hate it. Not my fault I'm his little sister who messed up a lot as a kid and got our parents killed... I shook the memories and watched him walk around the small office then finally face me. I see Wes, his Tec-Hunter, standing by the door.

"I'm here to see what you plan to do on territory that has been claimed untouchable by us Hunters. You know that." I frown.

"Well, I-"

"Vivian, do you know what you've caused in the Hunter's community? Two dead and one missing. They haven't touched a Hunter so they-"

"Will you shut up!? The Moonlight territory is under new reign." He frowns. "That Alpha Kevin is dead thanks to a new Alpha I've found out was named Roxy."

"The territory is still protect-"

Then the door was kicked down and there stood the female Alpha Roxy. I frowned at her, pulling my gun and aimed at her, but she growled and pulled Wes in front of her and let a nasty wolf claw grow and put it to his neck. I frowned and lowered my gun.

"I want Hue back, and I want him now!" She growls. "Or, he dies."

Rob frowns and glares at her. She shows no emotion and holds onto the Tec-Hunter. I want to run up and hit her, but I know she'll cut his neck before I get over there. I'm fast, but she's faster. I cross my arms and watch her.

"Hue?" I say, and put a sneer on my face. "I don't think so."

"Then I'll kill him." She says, tightening her grip. "Test me, I dare you. I've always wanted to kill someone like this." She says calmly. "Now give me Hue."

"What is she talking about?" Rob asks me.

"Hue is sleeping right now." I ingnor Rob. "I'd rather not wake h-"

"Shut up Viv and get this Hue guy." I look at him. "Now!" He says.

I frown and go in the back and untie the rope that's binding Hue and make him stand up. I drag him out of the room and hold the gun to his head. I face Alpha Roxy and nodded at Wes.

"Let him go, and I'll give you Hue."

"Untie him." She demands. "Remove all the silver and let him go and I give you my word as an Alpha to let this man go."

"We can-"

"Okay. Do it Vivian." I frown at him. "Now."

I cut the rope off him, and removed the silver handcuffs I had on him and pushed him to the ground. He groaned and opened his eyes, then he saw Roxy and he sat up. His face expression changed and he smiled a bit.

Roxy: Present Day

"I knew you'd show up, but you could have came before she cut my beautiful face." I roll my eyes at Hue's humor. "But I'm glad your here now, Rox."

"Yea. Now come on, I wanna getta outta here, I can smell Derek and Alex's death here." I clench my jaw. "Hurry up."

I know I couldn't kill either of the Hunters right now. The man is letting me go with Hue, and there's no way he'd let me kill the woman. I realesed the man I held and helped Hue up and pulled him behind me and glared at the Hunters.

"Thank you." I say to the man, backing up.

"I only did it for Wes." He said.

I nod and keep backing out then shut the door in front f me. I look around then put Hue in the man's car and get in the drivers seat and smile when I see they left the keys in the ingnition and start the car. The Hunters were watching me as I as drove away and went towards the city. Hue fell asleep and I let him as I drove through the ciry. I listened to his heart, hearing it beat strangly since he has silver in his system. I speed up just a little and leave stop at the Blue Bar. I get out and ask Killer for his car and get Hue in the car and get in the drivers seat then drive to my cabin.

"Almost home..."

I whisper then pull up and stop. I lift Hue then half drag him into the cabin into my living room and have him lay on it. He's woke up and lookin at me. I go into the kitchen and get my first aid kit then go in and take his shirt off him. He watches me. I take his arm and wash all of the dirt and blood off it then dig out the silver and  watch his skin heal. I make him turn his head and start cleaning his face where he was cut on the cheek. He watched me take the silver out and I watch his skin heal.

"Roxy-" he whispers

"Hue, don't.." I whisper back. "You need to save your strength." I say louder.

He makes me look at him and I stare up at him, realizing he's an inch taller than me even sitting down. He brushes the hair behind my ear and tips my chin up so I'm looking into his eyes. He smiles and I just sit there.

"Your so beautiful." He says. "Your eyes hide so much about you, but they speak to me. And your lips..."

He starts to lean towards me and I close my eyes as his lips touch mine. He pulls away slowly and smiles at me. I blink and look at him. He kisses me again and I kiss back, his arms wrap around me and I feel like a teenager again, and not a twenty-one year old. My first kiss had been on a family vacation with this cute guy that I forget his name. That had also been my last kiss. Until Hue.

He pulled away and I realized I was crying silently. He wipped te tears away.

"It's okay Roxy. I love you so much."

I decide then that I like how Hue makes me feel.

"I love you too, Hue."
