Hunter: Present Day

I helped Ned tie the Wolf Hue to a chair with rope twined with silver. They sizzle as they burn his skin, but they won't kill him. I sit in a chair in front of him, watching him. He starts to stir, and opens his eyes. He looks at me, and his eyes flash yellow. I smile and lean back, crossing my arms. He frowns, but stays silent. We stare each other down, then finally I speak.

"So, Hue." I smile. "That she-wolf, she's the Alpha isn't she?" He stays silent. "Ah, cat got your tounge?" He smirks. "I know you can speak, so don't try the silent treatment, Hue."

"Do you want to know a secret, Hunter?"

"Call me Viv. Or you call me Lucy like Alex thought I was. But then, I liked Jakie a lot too, I got in the bar with that name tonight. Hell, why don't you call me the name that the first wolf thought I was named. Bitch from Hell." I smile sweetly. "But I liked Jakie best. Bitch from Hell just sounds..." I think. "Well, it's to long." I smile.

"Okay, Viv." He says, ingnoring everything else I say and closing his eyes. "A female Alpha is much worse than a male Alpha when it comes to protecting her pack. She will do whatever it takes to take down anyone killing, or hurting her pack members." He looks at me, his eyes no longer yellow. "Roxy is the most fierce female Alpha there is alive today. She will hunt you down, and kill you and anyone who helped you kill Derek and Alex." He smiles. "And if you kill me, she'll be even more pissed off since I'll be the third pack member."

"Who says I'm going to kill you? The silver will." I pull out my blade and flip it while watching his reaction. "I'll just be helping the silver."

I get up and put the knife in front of his face then grip his wrist hard while bringing the knife to his bicep and cutting him. He clenches his fist, not making a sound. I frown, disappointed that he made no sound. I look down, letting my hair cast a shadow over my eyes. He smiles when he see me disapponted. I squeeze my knife handle tightly, then shoot out and cut his cheek. He growls at me then rubs his shoulder on his shoulder to see how bad it is. He looks at the blood smear and frowns at me. I grin alittle, then look at him.

"You think your so tough don't you? Tieing werewolves up with sliver laced rope and cutting them up with silver knives? That shows how afraid of us you are." He smiles. "Am I right? Your sared of us. That's why you attack us when we're alone, and tie us down with silver laced rope."

I clench my fists then glare at him, pulling my gun out and pointing it at his heart. He just half-grins and looks at me, then he actually starts to laugh at me. I frown at him and lift an eyebrow.

"What the hell are you laughing at?" I ask.

"You. I know you aren't going to kill me yet. You need me for information on Roxy and the pack and you know it. You also know that I won't spill anything on my pack and Roxy." I frown and cross my arms. "So until you put enough silver in me to kill me, you'll keep me alive. Barely, but alive all the same." I slap him, and he laughs again. "I knew it. That's what you did to Derek, and to Alex."

I pull my gun and aim at him. He looks at me, waiting to see what I'll do. I let a frustrated sound out then knock him out by smacking him with the gun. I walk away and punch the wall as I pass, punching a hole in the dry wall. I leave the roo with him knocked out.

Roxy: Present Day

I was angry, and on the hunt for the bitch of a Hunter. She has Hue, and has killed two of my pack. I will not stop until she is dead and Hue or his body is safe. I know, even if I do not love Hue, I will mourn for the lost of my mate. I catch a scent that I recognize instantly.

'Hunter.'

I follow it, then go down the alley it leads down and see a body. I catch a scent of wolf, and rush to the body. I then see that it's a sleeping hobo. I frown and then notice the smell is weak over there. I follow it and find a small puddle of dried blood and smell the wolf scent. But I know this is from and old fight, not caused by the Hunter.

I catch the Hunter's scent again and follow it. I feel my animal instinct pick up and make myself stay slow so no one stops me. I keep close to the scent and realize it's lead me out of the city. The scent gets stronger as I get farther from the city. I know I've found the place when I see a big building sitting off to the side of the road. I stop and lay in the grass and watch as a car pulls up. The driver gets out and opens the door.

I watch a man gets out and looks around at the place in disgust. He's dressed in lose fitting jeans that hang wonderful on his muscular body. His shirt is a white muscle shirt, and he has an unbuttoned green and black plaid over it. His hair is a bit shaggy, and sandy brown. His eyes are a beautiful green that shine. He's a total hunk, and I'd love to get to know him if he wasn't a Hunter. I don't even need to get close to him to know he's a Hunter. I want to kill him, but he's not the one I want to kill.

"Come on Wes, I need to talk to Viv."

He disappears in the building with the driver. I frown. Another Hunter is not a good thing for me and my pack. And Hue is in there, I can smell him. I lay there in the grass, watching the building.

'I'll take out the two Hunters if I have to.'
